Go and Declare's 2025 February Newletter

Heart for the Lost Classes, Freedom Church Pensacola

Our Heart for the Lost Classes have been awesome! You can access classes 1 and 2 on my Rudy Waters Facebook page. We plan to also live-stream Missionary Evangelist Richard Davis’ teaching at 8:30 am
CST on Sunday, February 2nd, 2025. These classes will also be posted to my YouTube channel after Richard teaches. We had a couple of very special guests come down from Tuscaloosa to teach prayer for the first class. Apostles Pastors Javine and Paciello are leaders in the prayer movement in Alabama, the U.S.A., and the nations. The class was very blessed!

I taught the second class. We discussed how important it is to have the Holy Spirit lead us in reaching the lost. I also taught some easy methods of sharing the gospel that I wrote about in my Heart for the Lost book and I passed out some helpful evangelism resources. They are easy to order and some are free. The Pocket Testament League offers 30 copies of the Gospel of John with a gospel tract inside for $30 or for free if you cannot afford to pay. Go to their website at www.ptl.org to order. PlusNothing.com charges nothing for sending you copies of their book, The Life and Teachings of Jesus of Nazareth, which has selections of the four Gospels combined into one continuous story. I also recommend God’s ABC’s Gospel Tract because it is so simple yet effective. The ABC’s are A. Admit our need, B. Believe on Jesus, and C. Call out to Him. I buy my copies on Amazon.

 Record 8.6” Snowfall in Pensacola

We had a record snowfall here in Pensacola! Faith didn’t really care for it. She mostly stayed in the
house. She’s a spoiled Florida dog! We enjoyed it for the day until our power went out and we froze in our house. We had a transformer that blew out in our neighborhood. Praise God, they finally fixed it and we had heat.

Regaining Strength and Excited to Start Reaching Out

The Lord had me continue to rest in January. My surgeon said it would be a six-week recovery period, and to not lift anything over 15 pounds. It’s been hard for me, but refreshing to sit, spend time with the Lord and rest as I prepare to launch out again. February will be a busy month. We will have some outreaches planned in Pensacola, and I will be heading to Central Florida to be at the Christ for All Nations (CFAN) Congress, March 1st and 2nd . Brother Richard Davis and I will be in New Orleans with a team reaching out at Mardis Gras. Also, I am scheduled to head back to Costa Rica from March 28th through April 7th for our seven provinces mission trip with Brother Frank Guiterrez. I need to travel there prior to the rainy season. It is harder to do outreaches in the rain, and the roads are potentially dangerous because of mudslides. I need to raise around $2,000 for airfare, lodging, supplies for the poor, and traveling expenses. I am planning on bringing a suitcase with me filled with Heart for the Lost books in Spanish, to help with evangelism training, so I will require additional funds for that as well. I am excited about this year!

Thank You

Thank You all so much for all your prayers and partnership! It’s been an interesting season for us, and we are excited for what the Lord is leading us to. You all are a big part of everything! We are excited to get going in February and beyond.  We praise God for all of you! We love all of you so much! We pray for everyone to prosper and be in good health as your soul prospers in Jesus’ name!

January 2025 Go and Declare Newsletter

 Happy New Year!

Wow! Time does fly by! 2024 was an incredible year! We are so excited about what 2025 will bring! We are so thankful for all of you! Every one of you are all very special to us! We believe the next four years are going to be hugely prosperous for our nation and we will have a window of time to reach the U.S. and the nations with the gospel! We are living in special times!

Toys for Tuscaloosa Christmas Outreach

John and I loaded up the toys that folks had donated at Freedom Church and brought them to Tuscaloosa for our annual Toys for Tuscaloosa Christmas Outreach. Clothes, toys, and necessities were given to low-income families in West End Tuscaloosa. We prayed with many families. Parents were so grateful for the toys and clothes for their families and children. Although this neighborhood is primarily African American, we also had Muslim and Indian families present. One of the most amazing testimonies was from a young lady who gave her life to the Lord. She was the daughter of one of the biggest drug dealers in the area. Jesus Saves! Praise God!

Hospital, Gallbladder Surgery, and a Miracle by the Lord

On the Saturday after the Toys for Tuscaloosa Outreach, I started having upper abdominal pain after eating and was throwing up. We got home on Sunday, and it continued. By early Monday morning the
pain was intense, so we drove to the Baptist Hospital Emergency Room, and I was admitted to the hospital. The doctors determined that I had pancreatitis and low liver function resulting from a gallbladder attack. My gallbladder had to be removed with surgery scheduled for that Friday. We were grateful to God that the surgery was successful, but my liver function had decreased so the surgeon was planning on another procedure for Monday! Thank you to everyone who stormed heaven with prayer for me! I received a miracle from the Lord! By Sunday my liver function had improved, and I was released from the hospital right after. I’m now in the recovery process. We just got results from a new blood test ordered by my primary doctor and my liver function and liver enzymes are normal. We want to thank everyone again for your prayers that helped me to get through this trying time. We give all the praise to King Jesus! Our healer!

 Future Ministry in 2025

·        We decided to push Mexico back into the Spring, possibly for Mexico’s Children’s Day celebration.
Praise God! The airline gave us credit for the Laredo flight I had to miss due to my hospitalization. I have until November 2025 to use it, which is plenty of time.

·       After some rest in early January, we will be starting a new Heart for the Lost Class for three consecutive Sunday Mornings. Our focus this year will be door to door evangelism in Pensacola.

·        I have an opportunity to go back to Costa Rica and travel to all seven provinces! I’m praying this
through on the timing.

·        I just got invited to come teach a group of folks reaching out in Mardis Gras this year early March.

·
Also, I will be going back to Spain eventually. More to come in Jesus Name!

Thank You

We want to thank everyone so much for your prayers and partnership all these years. The Lord has been so faithful! We believe the greatest times are ahead of us -  everything new and fresh! I was asked to pray for  a word for this year. I heard the Lord say be fruitful and multiply! Divine multiplication  in the years ahead! What a time to be alive! We were born for such a time as this! The harvest is truly ripe! We love you all so very much!

 Panera Outreaches in Pensacola, Florida

Here’s an amazing testimony from the Panera Outreaches that happen every Tuesday in Pensacola. At the Oakwood Terrace Apartments,
I knocked on doors to tell folks about the outreach. Russell answered the door and told his mom. She came and got food and prayer! She gave her life to Jesus and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. She brought us back to her apartment and we prayed for Russell. Russell had suffered several strokes! He gave his life to Jesus, received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and we prayed for total healing! The Lord had us prophesy Jeremiah 29:11 over Russell. He was glowing when we left! Praise Jesus!

 Honoring Ashley Lutz

After our close friend Ashley Lutz went to be with Jesus, I felt the Holy Spirit shift me away from the Convergence Conference. Instead, I was led to drive out to Texas for her Memorial Service. Levi and Ashley are close family, and I knew I had to be there. The presence of God was incredible as stories were shared about Ashley and her heart for lost souls. I will never forget being on an evangelism assignment with her as she ran through Walmart to minister to a young girl and share Jesus with her. Ashley was one in a million. I believe she was the greatest one-on-one evangelist I ever knew. She is now among the cloud of witnesses cheering us on as we will continue going after the lost. We love Levi, Ashley, and their precious three children and will continue to pray for their family.

Freedom Church Storehouse Outreach at Pensacola Village Apartments, Pensacola, Florida

The Freedom in Action Team brought boxes of cakes, cookies, breads, and pastries plus hundreds of pounds of potatoes from the Freedom Church storehouse to Pensacola Village Apartments! About 50 people were served at this outreach, and many of them were children. Needy families were supplied with food and ministered to. We had all kinds of divine appointments! Several precious children gave their hearts to Jesus!  It was a special day!

Caneyville and Leitchfield, Kentucky

Richard and I just had an incredible time out in Caneyville and Leitchfield, Kentucky with our Southside Christian Center Family! On our first evening, we ministered at a tent crusade. Several
churches came together for tent meetings. The presence of God was incredible! Many folks were ministered to that evening. Lives were changed. The next day, we had an evangelism event in Leitchfield. We set up outside of our friend Pam Fraim’s Stevenson’s Salvage business right next to a cigarette shop. We had several divine appointments that day. Our friend Russell Corp brought the cross there. We ministered to several folks who wanted to be free from nicotine. Richard and I ministered the rest of the weekend at Southside Christian Center encouraging the body of Christ. We love all of them very much. We will be back in the Spring of 2025!

Next Assignments:  Pensacola, Florida, Picayune, Mississippi, and Costa Rica

We are always excited about our outreaches in Pensacola, and we will continue to reach out while we are here. We have one of our favorite Reimagine Events coming up where many churches come together to reach our community. We are also planning a Flea Market Outreach.

On October 12th-13th, Richard and I will be back with our House of Refuge Family in Picayune, Mississippi. Last Year, we had an amazing time equipping the saints and going on the streets door to door and carrying the cross.

October 31st - Heading to Costa Rica

On October 31st I head back to Costa Rica! This is so exciting! Our plans to go back to Costa Rica where we were shut down years ago when the Covid virus hit, but now is the time to return. We will head up to visit the poor family we had visited previously in the mountains.

We will also be visiting families in the village of Puntarenas and sharing the gospel with the families of the fishermen there. In Puntarenas, there is a bridge, and I remember the people calling what’s on the other side of this bridge “Hades”. The reason is that there is so much spiritual darkness on the other side. Fortunately, there is a church planted on this side of the bridge. People from the spiritually dark side are able to cross over this bridge to attend church. While we are visiting this area we hope to take a boat from there and go to the nearby islands to share Jesus there, too!

I was in a conversation with Brother Steve Jones and he mentioned another bridge in Costa Rica that we will be crossing over, the Tarcoles Bridge. The Tarcoles river is full of crocodiles. The Lord spoke to my heart that we would preach from this bridge. People from around the world stop to tour this bridge.  Last time we were here we ended up being interviewed by a television news station. We still need a breakthrough with finances for this trip. We know the Lord will provide! What an opportunity to see the faithfulness of the Lord!

Thank You

We want to thank all of you for your prayers and partnership! The Lord has been so faithful to provide every month! We have been amazed! The Lord is changing lives everywhere He sends us to go! All of you are a huge part! We love all of you so much!

Go and Declare's August 2024 Newsletter

 Panera Ministry in Pensacola Florida

It's such an honor to be part of the Panera Bread group of churches that go out on Tuesdays to one of three different housing projects on a rotating basis. Our team was able to bring potatoes, danishes, cookies, and all kinds of sweets for the precious people that day from the Freedom Church storehouse. We are having people give their hearts to the Lord, folks baptized in the Holy Spirit, and people healed every week. We give the Lord all the glory!

Church Gathering in Lafayette, Louisiana

The Lord had us shift everything and had us drive to Lafayette to be part of a multi-church gathering at Acadiana Mall. The churches came together in unity to pray, worship, sing, and march through the mall. It was a sight to see. The team walked through the mall worshipping Jesus boldly and singing “Our God is an Awesome God!”  You could feel the atmosphere shift as shoppers and vendors would sing with us as we marched around the mall. Of course, the security wasn’t too happy and ultimately escorted us off the property. An officer had a talk with Brother Tiger after the event. It was all worth the drive! After the event, John and I headed out for our original destination in Atlanta.

Homeless Outreach Downtown Atlanta, Georgia

After Lafayette, John and I drove to Atlanta to participate in a homeless outreach in downtown
Atlanta. My mentor, Joel Crumpton, has been leading these outreaches for years. I had a chance to share and several of the men gave their hearts to the Lord that evening.  Driving home the Lord spoke to me about taking me full circle. 10 years ago, the Lord changed my life, and I went to spend time with Joel. He taught me the power of declaring and everything shifted in my life. We started seeing lives changed and healed. The Lord told me that He was taking me back to the beginning and wanted me to remember because he was preparing me for another 10 years. I find it interesting that I just received my new passport which is now good till 2034! Praise Jesus! Your will be done!

Getting Hugely Busy!

·        John and I head out for two trips before he goes back to FSU. August 1st, we will be in Friendship, TN with our Emanuel Church family for a ministers’ conference and on Saturday August 3rd, we will head to Nashville to carry the cross with an outreach team.

·        August 10th, we will be back in Tuscaloosa, AL to help with an outreach in West End on Pastor Javine’s property.

·        September 13th-15th, Evangelist Richard Davis and I will be back in Caneyville, KY with our Southside Christian Center Family.

·        November 1st-11th, we have a trip scheduled for Costa Rica. The Lord is finally releasing me to go back since the pandemic hit. I’m very excited to see our family in the mountains and bring them some supplies. You will hear more soon on this trip!

Thank You

We want to thank every one of you so much for your prayers and partnership to help us reach the lost, the last, and the least. We are seeing them come in from everywhere the Lord leads. We are truly living in special times. The Lord is drawing His people back to him. The harvest truly is ripe! We are together in the harvest! We love all of you so much!

Go and Declare's July 2024 Newsletter

Renewed Emergency Shelter and Outreach Center, Lake City, FL

John and I had a great time serving at Renewed in Lake City! They feed the community every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday! We really enjoyed serving the men and women at the shelter and praying for them. The Lord loves them so much! Andy Bailey and his team are doing a great job reaching the community that are in need in Lake City and beyond! Years ago, Andy was my supervisor at the Pensacola Salvation Army Shelter where I worked the night shift. John is 21 now, and he was just a baby back then. Tami would bring him to visit me at work. It deeply touched my heart to see him as a young man, serving beside me at Andy’s homeless Lake City shelter.

Pensacola Homeless Camp Outreach led by Russell Corp

Russell collaborated with a number of churches to help meet the needs of the homeless camp in Pensacola. Hot dogs, snack bags, clothes, and necessities were given out. We saw several people give their hearts to the Lord and receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit! One precious man in a black knit cap came to us with an infected tooth. He was in a lot of pain and had swelling in his jaw. The team laid hands on him and prayed for his healing. Later at the event, he testified that all the pain was gone, and he had given his life to the Lord afresh and anew! All praise to King Jesus!

Russell is an amazing man of God! The Lord brought him into our lives a couple years ago and we were able to spend time teaching and equipping him for the works of ministry. He is now running after God, going after the lost, and organizing outreaches. We are very proud of Russell! The sky is the limit!

Heart for the Lost Class at Freedom Church, Pensacola, FL

What an honor it was to teach this class for three weeks at Freedom
Church. We had no idea that this many folks would come out at 8:30 AM every Sunday Morning to hear about going after the lost. The Lord truly showed up in a powerful way. We went out to reach the lost on the last Saturday of the class to pray and pass out watermelons. Every student is special! Interested in learning more about how to evangelize? These  classes were recorded and will soon be posted to the Go and Declare YouTube page:  www.youtube.com/@goanddeclare. While you are there, please subscribe to our channel! Our current goal is to reach 100 subscribers.

 Watermelon Outreach, Pensacola, FL

We decided to plan an outreach with the Freedom Church Heart for the Lost class. Brett Ramsey ordered us 1395 lbs. of watermelons through the Freedom Church Storehouse. John and I picked them up. While in prayer, the Lord showed me the area where were supposed to go. The people there had their arms raised and folks were crying in the presence of the Lord. So, as God directed, our team traveled to the homeless shelter at Heavenly Blessings Ministries. They allowed us to park under their shaded trees, and we blessed them with watermelons. We went through all the watermelons in about two hours. The team prayed for many people that day. As people were receiving prayer, the presence of God would drop on them. Several folks gave their hearts to the Lord, received healing, and the baptism of the Holy Spirit. What a special day! Praise to King Jesus!

Starting to Hit the Road

John and I will hit the road in July. We will be in Lafayette, LA for a special outreach and will be heading over to the Atlanta area to be part of a homeless outreach. We could use partners to help us with food, lodging, and other travel expenses. We continue to reach the lost in Pensacola while we are here. In August, we hit the road again heading to Friendship and Nashville, TN. As soon as I get back, I’m hoping to get a quick flight for the Lakeland Tent Revival that our close friend Pastor Jack Osteen is leading. Things are heating up for sure. We’re starting to get busy! Orlando, Kentucky, Alabama, Texas, Costa Rica, Spain, and Mexico. And more to come! All by the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Thank You So Much, With Many Tears

With many tears, we thank every one of you for your prayers and partnership. We are truly in special times. The presence of the Lord has been showing up everywhere on the streets. The Lord is wooing His people back to him with His presence. You are part of everything the Lord is doing. We love all of you so much! We pray special blessings for every one of you!

Go and Declare's June 2024 Newsletter

T & W Flea Market Outreach, Pensacola Florida

We had an awesome time blessing the community with meat, salad, greens, potatoes, pastries,
clothing, Bibles, and prayer at the T & W Flea Market! We had a smaller team, so while it was fruitful, it was also an exhausting day! We mostly encouraged the body of Christ and sowed a lot of seed! Thank you to everyone who prayed, partnered, and served! The Lord met a lot of needs that day! Jesus is faithful!

Our son John graduated with a bachelor’s degree from FSU

Our amazing son John just graduated as an honors student on the Dean’s List from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in economics. He’s now home for the summer. He will be going back in the fall. John was accepted into FSU’s Masters of Applied American Politics and Policy (MAAPP) program. We are very proud of him. He could be one of our future senators or presidents.

Homeless Camp, Tallahassee, Florida

While in Tallahassee it was on my heart to drop off water, cheese crackers, and moon pies at the local
homeless camp. When I pulled up a huge downpour happened, but it didn’t stop me. I wanted the people to know that even during a downpour the Lord will never forget them. He loves everyone very much! I was not able to get a great outreach picture because of the heavy rain.

Family Beach Fest, Pensacola Beach, Florida

The Family Beach Fest is one of our favorite outreaches every year. It
did not disappoint! Pastor Arnie preached an anointed salvation message. We prayed for many people at the prayer tent and passed out cold water, Bibles, candy, and 280 breakfast burritos. Bro. Brett Ramsey was inspired to form a team of men to make the breakfast burritos. Four young men were led to the Lord after they received their burritos! Several folks the Lord brought to us for prayer were under conviction, including one precious lady. The team prayed for her and led her back to Jesus and then she received the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

Love for the Lost Class with the Non-Conventional International Bible School Students

It was an honor to teach a four-week class on Thursdays for the Non-Conventional Bible School Students all over the world. The main hub was in Murcia, Spain and there were others around the world on Zoom. The Martinez family is doing an amazing work in Spain. I cannot wait to see everyone face to face again, hopefully in August. Jesus loves them very much and will fill all of them because they are hungry for His word and His presence.

Future Ministry

From May 28th– 30th John and I are serving in Lake City, Florida at a new homeless shelter our close friend, Andy Bailey planted. On June 1st, the Freedom in Action team will be participating in a churchwide block party outreach to the homeless in Pensacola. Starting Sunday, June 9th, we will begin a three-week Heart for the Lost class here at Freedom Church. More outreaches are planned throughout this summer in Pensacola, Florida. We will also be traveling out to other locations, including Tallahassee, Florida, McCalla and Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and both Friendship and Nashville, Tennessee. In August I’m hoping to head back to minister in Murcia, Spain. Also, I am scheduling trips back to Orlando, Florida, Lafayette, Louisiana, and Texas in the Fall. More to come! Praise to King Jesus!

Thank You for your prayers and partnership!

We want to thank everyone for being so faithful to pray and partner with us all these years! The Lord continues to do so many amazing things in the US and the nations. You are sending us, and we are forever grateful for all of you! We are in tears as we see the Lord touching and healing the broken hearted! We truly are in the harvest together! We love all of you so much and are praying for major increase for all your finances and for your good health in Jesus’ Name.
