 Costa Rica Missions 2026

Wow! We thought the Lord directed us to focus this whole mission trip on two of the provinces, Limon
and Cartago. We were able to minister in Limon, but then the Lord redirected us to minister in the Guanacaste and Puntarenas provinces. In 2025, the Lord led us to go to all seven Costa Rica provinces. Unfortunately, our jeep broke down last year which prevented us from visiting the last two provinces. However, on this trip, the Lord led us back to the two provinces we missed last year! Below are some of the testimonies of this amazing time by the leading of Holy Spirit!

Colorado, Guanacaste

On the first day the Lord led us north to the city of Colorado in the Guanacaste province. As we traveled there Frank Guiterrez had a phone call with Pastor Eva, who asked me to preach at her church, The Source of Life Church. This was a total set up from the Lord. God had me share the 2025 vision He gave me of praying for the seven provinces and the corresponding pastor’s dream from last year that two evangelists would come to all seven provinces to ignite the church to pray for revival and evangelism. We called the church to repent and the whole church came up to repent and believe for the Lord to move again in their city and region. Pastor Eva had also had a dream of revival coming to the city of Colorado and her daughter had a dream two days earlier similar to the dream the pastor in Limon had last year! Praise Jesus!

Siquirres, Limon

It was an honor to be back in the Limon region to share at the Church on the Mountain in Siquirres, Limon. Pastor Jose asked if I would come and teach the Church on evangelism. The Lord led me to teach some principles from the Heart for the Lost evangelism book He had instructed me to write. At the end of the service, we called the church to repent and believe again for the salvation of lost souls. The whole church came forward to repent, and we prayed for everyone in the building. It was one of the most powerful meetings I have ever been in. The Lord’s presence ministered to the people after they poured out their hearts in repentance. The Lord is amazing!

Costa Rica Street Evangelism

We had two divine appointments while traveling on our way to
our assignments. We were witnessing with the Life and Teachings of Jesus books in Spanish. A man shared with us how he was healed from Cancer and how he gave his heart to the Lord recently. We prayed for him to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit. The gentleman on the right gave his heart to the Lord right before we went to the meeting with the indigenous pastors.

The Lord rerouted us from Cartago to the region of Puntarenas to minister to these precious indigenous pastors and leaders. God moved powerfully as all the pastors and leaders repented and prayed to the Lord for their city and region. The Lord brought refreshing. One of the leaders gave her testimony that she kept getting invited to the meeting and came up with excuses not to come. However, the Lord continued to draw her and when she came, Jesus healed her broken heart. She had tears of joy while sharing her testimony.

Many Exciting Ministry Events Ahead

On April 3^rd is a Cross-Carrying outreach in downtown Pensacola and on April 4th is an outreach at T & W Flea Market. On April 8^th and 9^th we will minister to the homeless in Tallahassee and distribute supplies. We might head to Washington, D.C. for the Rededicate 250 for our nation this May. Also in May, we have a prayer tent at Family Beach Fest. In August, we head to Friendship, TN and Nashville. We might also bring the cross to Niagara Falls, NY in August. There is more to come!

 Panera Bread Ministry, Pensacola, Florida

The Lord has blessed the Freedom Church storehouse with all kinds of clothes from a ministry in Jay, Florida. We were able to bring women’s and children’s clothing for the last couple of weeks and help serve at the Panera Outreaches. The Lord had been doing great work through this ministry for many years. They hold outreaches at three different apartment complexes in Pensacola. Recently, they switched outreach times to correlate with school bus drop off times and have been able to reach more families as a result. Many children have been blessed with food, clothing, and best of all, prayer and the gospel.

Valentine’s Day Homeless Ministry, Tallahassee Florida

On Valentine’s Day, Tami, John, and I visited some of the homeless folks at a local park in Tallahassee. We wished them a Happy Valentine’s Day and shared the love of Christ. Everyone received Little Debbie chocolate Valentine cakes, bottled water, and a copy of the Gospel of John with a cover that said, “You Are Not Forgotten.”  Three men prayed the prayer salvation at this outreach. It was a great day! We also distributed packages containing a warm knit cap, a pair of  knit gloves, a pair of work gloves, and good quality socks. Since the weather forecast predicted temperatures were going to dip into the 30’s and 40’s the next week, these items were especially useful. We also had a divine appointment with Jennifer, a kind homeless woman with an extraordinary heart for helping others. She owns little more than a shopping cart but fills it with usable things she finds that people set out with their trash. Later, she shares these items with other homeless people. While we were distributing supplies to Jennifer, one of her friends asked her if she had anything for him. She said, “Yes!” She knew his sneakers were too small and had managed to locate another pair for him in his exact shoe size! Wow! We gave her information about local shelters, and blessed her with a Bible, enough clothes and food for herself and her friends, prayer, and what she wanted most of all, someone who cared and would listen to her story. We thank you, our donors and prayer partners, for helping us to do this.

Homeless Outreach, Pensacola, Florida

We visited a camp of approximately 50 homeless people and brought them the love of Christ and
desperately needed supplies. We had some knitted caps, gloves, work gloves, socks, snack cakes, and bottled water but needed more items. The Freedom Church congregation generously collected warm clothing items and gave us bags of clothing from their storehouse for us to distribute. The homeless people were so blessed. Everyone who wanted prayer received it. Two of the gentlemen we prayed for responded to the gospel and gave their hearts to the Lord! All praise to King Jesus! 

March is a Very Busy Ministry Month!

 March 7^th, we will be helping with the prayer tent at the Reimagine Milton community outreach. March 13^th – 15^th, I travel to Tuscaloosa, Alabama for the West End Tuscaloosa Community Outreach to low-income families. We will also hold our annual Go and Declare Board Meeting.

·       On March 21^st-30^th, I return to Costa Rica for our Limon and Cartago Costa Rica Mission. We still need funds for this mission. It turned out our rental car is more expensive than we originally anticipated. This is an opportunity to see the faithfulness of Jesus. We know He will provide for everything. He always does.

Obeying God for Limon and Cartago, Costa Rica

We are excited to share that I’m heading back to Costa Rica March 20^th-30^th to Costa Rica for our two-province mission focused on revival and evangelism. Last time Richard and I were in Costa Rica. We had two Pastors share dreams that two men would come to speak on getting the church ready to pray and believe that Costa Rica would have a breakout of evangelism and revival. The Lord has highlighted two of the regions (Limon and Cartago). Our team will be spending time sharing the gospel, praying for people, and showing God’s love through outreach and revival meetings. I’m raising funds to help cover (airfare, rented vehicle, funds for travel in the country, lodging expenses, and food). We would love for you to be part of this journey with us. If you feel led to give, any amount truly helps and makes a difference. And if you’re not able to give financially, I would really appreciate your prayers just as much.

Happy New Year from the Waters Family

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone who has prayed and financially partnered with us this past year. The Lord has done so many amazing things. Our God has been so faithful! We are looking forward to 2026!  You are a big part of everything. We love you all. May the Lord prosper everyone and give you good health in Jesus Name!  

Toys for Tuscaloosa

We had the opportunity to bring clothes, toys, toy pillows, and bicycle helmets, that our amazing friends donated for us to take to Tuscaloosa for the Christmas Outreach. Many families were blessed and we had several folks give their hearts to the Lord. We had several young teenagers come to the outreach to receive candy and clothes. Here’s a picture of the team praying for some of the boys and leading them to the Lord. All praise to King Jesus!

Outreach Laredo, Texas

Richard Davis and I had a great opportunity to serve on the prayer team at the Laredo Steppingstone Drive Through Outreach. Folks would drive up and receive food for their families, and they would come over for us to pray for them. We had this precious gentleman’s shoulders and neck healed. Praise God the Lord took away all his pain.

Toys for Mexico

This is always one of our favorite missions every year. The Lord really moved powerfully in the
meeting. The atmosphere shifted as we called the people down to give their hearts to the Lord. Many folks came to the altar to receive Jesus. Time stood still during the worship and prayer time. Folks were blessed by the presence of the Lord. It was a special moment of time. The people were blessed with honey and the word of God. My favorite time was when the children were blessed with the stockings that was packed full of candy, Life and Teachings of Jesus books, Book and the Ball Books, and toys. The children were so happy to receive them. What a special Day it was! All Praise to King Jesus and to all those who prayed and partnered with us to make this special day possible!

Upcoming Ministry Starting January 2026!!!

With the temperatures being so cold, the homeless in our hearts, we will be doing a cold weather item drive for the whole month of January. Collecting items such as blankets, gloves, jackets, and socks for the homeless. We will be taking these items out on January 31^st. We will be in South Carolina for a Holy Ghost forum and outreach.  Also, we are planning a trip back to Costa Rica in March for the two provinces the Lord has highlighted to us. We had a Pastor who had a dream that two gentlemen would come and meet with the Pastors to pray for Revival and Evangelism in Costa Rica. We are planning revival and evangelism meetings in Limon and Cartego this time.

Bring Christmas to the Children In Nuevo Laredo, Mexico

Dear Go and Declare Partners

The Christmas season is upon us to spread hope and joy through our toys for Mexico outreach, and we

Almost every December, our team travels to the community of Nuevo Laredo where many families face hardship and where children often go without the simple joys of Christmas.  Missions Conference and Outreach, Concord, North Carolina

The FIRE Missions Conference provided an opportunity to seek God and connect with other evangelists. My good friends, Evangelists Joel and Pat Crumpton and Vern Miller, planned to go out on the streets with me to reach the lost when the conference was not in session. We joined with other missionaries and evangelists and hit the streets in Concord, North Carolina. The team had several divine appointments, and a number of young people gave their hearts to the Lord that day!

T&W Flea Market Outreach Pensacola, Florida

Wow! T & W Flea Market set up a special holiday Halloween sectioncomplete with graveyard décor near our booths with Halloween themed vendors including tarot card and palm readers. We realized this was an incredible opportunity to reach people who need the light of the Gospel! Our team had so many divine appointments! We gave out 225 pounds of food from the Freedom Church Store House, gently used clothing, candy bags for children, 31 large print Bibles, 21 standard print Bibles, and 34 copies of The Life and Times of Jesus, which contains the four Gospels! The team got to pray for many people that day. We sowed a lot of seeds and prayed for people who needed healing and were in pain with various ailments. We give all of the glory to King Jesus!

Toys for Mexico December 10-14, 2025   

We are excited  about our annual Toys for Mexico Missions Trip! This year I will be flying to Laredo, Texas and will be purchasing stuffed animals, candy, and stockings for the Christmas outreach to be held in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. Our needs will be funding for traveling, lodging, and food, plus funding for the stuffed animals, candy and Christmas stockings which Go and Declare is providing for the outreach. We are also raising funds to bless the ministries that have dedicated their lives to the gospel in Mexico. What an opportunity to see the faithfulness of Jesus! Every year the Lord reminds me how a little Mexican girl touched my heart when she gave me one of her small chocolate candy balls for Christmas. The chocolate ball melted in my pocket, but the Lord melted my heart for these precious children.

Freedom Church Beach Baptisms with the cross Pensacola Beach, Florida

Freedom Church had their annual beach baptisms at Pensacola Beach, and we had the honor of bringing the cross. Pastor Arnie’s son, Aaron, carried the cross and held it upright. Freedom Church beach baptism events often inspire other beach goers to receive Christ and be baptized! Many of them were folks in our military. The precious lady pictured with Pastors Arnie and Sheree McCall came to get baptized before she was sent out on assignment with our armed forces. Please pray for her!

Picayune, Mississippi Evangelism Training Outreach and Revival Meeting

We had such a great time with our House of Refuge Family in Picayune, Mississippi. Evangelist
Richard Davis and I held an evangelism training session. Afterwards, we took a team from the church to one of the local apartment complexes and knocked on doors and prayed for folks. The Lord gave us several divine appointments. People were receptive as their hearts have been awakened with recent tragic events in our country. After we came back from the outreach, we had the opportunity to pray for a  young man to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and he received! On Sunday, Richard and I preached on the importance of the season we are in following the recent assassination of Charlie Kirk, and we prayed for folks at the altar. It was a special weekend.

Pensacola Heart for the Lost Class and Prayer

We had a great group of people who love Jesus come out to our Heart for the Lost Class and prayer
time at Freedom Church Pensacola. Pastor Javine from Tuscaloosa and Brother Richard Davis from Birmingham came down to share with us. The presence of the Lord was in the room. The Lord is stirring all of us up to pray for revival for our nation and for the body of Christ to go out and reach the lost. Later that evening, many class members came to the Pensacola Downtown Cross and Street Preaching Outreach, applied what they learned, and ministered to lost and hurting souls.

We had a powerful time in downtown Pensacola! The Lord brought together an amazing team!  We had
several folks give their hearts to Jesus!  The team carried the cross, street preached, and Joanna sang worship songs. We had many divine appointments. When Joanna started singing worship songs the atmosphere shifted, and we even had more divine appointments! What a special night this was in the presence of the Lord! Jesus gets all of the glory!

Charlotte, North Carolina and Starting Our Fundraising for Toys for Mexico

Here we go! October is upon us and we are starting our fundraising for our Toys for Mexico Mission in December. We will need funds for traveling, lodging, toys, and items for the children in Mexico plus offerings for the pastors that serve faithfully in the region. Also, I will be heading to the Charlotte area in October for their annual missions conference. This will be the first time my schedule has allowed me to go. We are planning to hit the streets there as well to share the gospel. I will need funds for traveling, lodging, and food expenses. What an opportunity to see the faithfulness of Jesus!
