Resurrection Saturday T & W Flea Market Outreach, Pensacola, Florida

Wow! We had an incredible Resurrection Saturday Flea Market Outreach! It was the biggest crowd we’ve ever had! People came all day for clothes, Bibles, frozen chicken, potatoes, onions, and peanut butter from
the storehouse. Chris Miller’s Savory Seasonings, and prayer! The Lord really touched people’s lives all day! We had several salvations, healings, and folks were baptized in the Holy Spirit! The team was amazing! Jesus gets all the praise!

 

Testimonies from the Christ for All Nations Bootcamp Trip Orlando, Florida

I have a quick testimony about the picture on the left! When I walked into this room, I was taken back to 25 years ago. I remembered the day when I first walked into the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry! That first chapel service was electric! So many hungry people were going after Jesus with everything they had! It was the same thing for these students! I haven’t been in a prayer meeting that electric in a long time! There is hope for the US and the world as the Lord continues to raise up hungry evangelists to be sent all over the globe! This is revival, it starts with hungry hearts!

It was an amazing time hitting the streets with the bootcamp students in Orlando! Wow! So many on fire students going out to share their faith! We got kicked out of many places as the students stormed the streets! We had so many folks give their hearts to the Lord that I lost count. It truly was a special night! These students are incredible! They carry so much fire!  The photo on the right says it all! 

After the evangelism time the students gathered in a parking lot that we hadn’t gotten kicked out of to share testimonies and pray! These students got on their knees and cried out for the Lord to continue to minister to everyone we encountered. There was so much passion and many tears. It reminded me of this scripture in Heb. 5:7 “While Jesus was here on earth, he offered prayers and pleadings, with a loud cry and tears, to the one who could rescue him from death. And God heard his prayers because of his deep reverence for God.”

Work Weekend at our House!

Pictures from the home project weekend! We are blown away! We had our family from Freedom Church, and our family from Alabama - Richard and Cassie Davis, Pastor Javine and his grandson, who came to our house to do some repair work. They painted the walls, put in new flooring, soft-washed the home exterior, replaced our AC vent covers, replaced our bathroom fan, cut away tree limbs that threatened our roof, sprayed the carpenter ants that had invaded one wall and helped clean up. We are so blessed!   Thank you to everyone! We are overwhelmed with gratitude! We still have a few more repair issues that will be addressed. Praise God! He is good!

Future Assignments

We will be continuing to reach the lost here in Pensacola! The Lord is doing something very special here. We are planning many outreaches throughout the spring and the summer. Russell Corp, one of our disciples is planning a block party outreach in June. Evangelism training will continue for the body of Christ and mentoring for those who are called to be five-fold evangelists. One of our favorite outreaches, the Family Beach Fest, is coming up on Memorial weekend. Last year was incredible! I am planning on visiting with Andy Bailey, a good friend of mine that I went to Bible school with over 20 years ago. Andy started a homeless shelter and feeding program in Lake City! We have close friends planning tent campaigns in the US which is exciting! Also, we are planning some trips back out to Tuscaloosa and McCalla, Alabama, Texas, Spain, and Mexico. All in God’s timing! More to come!

Repo   Reports from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico

We continue to get reports from Mexico! It was a blessing to have room in our trailer to bring warm blankets. On past mission trips when we visited families during the winter months they would be under blankets on cold days to keep warm. I was in tears when I received pictures of families who received the blankets we brought. We give a big thank you to Dennis McReynolds at Brownsville Assembly of God for blessing us with the blankets. Also, the toys we brought were sent all over Mexico!

Power and Love Conference Orlando, FL

This conference was so amazing! I really had an encounter with the Lord! The main theme was just to spend time in the presence of the Lord and take Him out to the world wherever we
go. Most of the outreach time was during our lunch and dinner breaks. We would minister to the people we met during those times. I ended up sharing my testimony with the manager and waitresses at the Indian restaurant. I love ministering to folks who believe in other gods. I was able to share Jesus with them and give them my testimony tracts. The last night I got absolutely wrecked going through the prayer tunnel. The presence of the Lord was all over me! Driving back to my hotel I heard the Holy Spirit tell me, “I need missionaries in the United States!” In my hotel room, I heard, “Keep going!”

Friday Night Cross Ministry after the Power and Love Conference

I had a great opportunity to go out on the streets with Brother Denis Obyedkov on Friday evening after the conference. Denis takes a team out every Friday evening to minister to the prostitutes and the
homeless around Christ for All Nations (CFAN). We had some amazing divine appointments. Pictured on the right is a lady who came up to us and asked what we were doing. We told her that she was our diving appointment. She confessed to us that she wasn’t living right with the Lord and wanted to come back, and she was looking for a home church. We had a chance to pray with her and encourage her. Denis invited her to Nations Church! Praise God!

Power Evangelism Conference Pensacola, FL

Wow! We had another amazing power evangelism conference. The Lord’s presence came in a very special way. Everyone in the room was ministered to. We never made it out to the streets that afternoon, but we went to Newk’s Eatery and continued the workshop. We regrouped that evening to take the cross out!

From the words of Jared St Cyr: “We went out downtown tonight to preach the good news. We went to a local club that I used to frequent before I had a relationship with Jesus. Many mocked and laughed at us as we were planting seeds. All I could think of was this verse and how lost and deceived I was before I truly repented of my sin and turned to Jesus and grew in relationship with him. ‘But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy,
heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people.’ 2 Timothy 3:1-5 It is said in the word that we will be hated and persecuted just as Jesus was. But we are also told to endure to the end. Here in America many of us Christians take for granted our freedom of speech. In many other countries, people are killed and tortured for the gospel. But here we sit inside our homes and afraid to step out of our comfort zones and spread the gospel when in most cases the worst persecution we will get is just words. We are scared of what others will think of us or how they will perceive us. These are all tricks of the enemy to keep you silent and to keep God from using you to further his kingdom. It will always be our choice to speak up. The question is, when the time comes are you going to listen to the voice of God or the enemy. My prayer to for the current American church is that people will really seek God and take hold of his promises living in true repentance and being slaves to righteousness other than being slaves to sin. Truly giving their lives to God and being made a new creation in Christ Jesus just as 2 Corinthians promises. There are real souls out there that need Jesus. We need to be his hands and feet. I remember being at this same bar just as lost. God has a calling for your life no matter how worthless you think you are. Start today by creating a true relationship with him and he will show you the rest. God the Son did not come down to our level and sacrifice himself for you to live in fear call on the power of the Holy Spirit!”

 

Spending Time with Our John at the Naval Museum

We had a special time with John at the Naval Museum before he left to go back to FSU for his final semester. John will be graduating in May with a bachelor’s degree in political science. We are all very proud of him! He has grown up to be an amazing young man who loves the Lord!

 

Evangelism Workshop in McCalla, Alabama and Beyond!

The Lord continues to add to our assignments. Our McCalla, Alabama evangelism training workshop and outreach with Brother Richard Davis was moved to March 9^th. Our workshops have been incredible. Then we will be holding our annual Go and Declare board meeting. In Orlando, I had a chance to meet with Evangelist Levi Lutz. Richard and I have an opportunity to possibly spend some time with the CFAN boot camp students in April and with the School of Evangelism in the Fall. We also may have a team come in to help us with the Family Beach Fest this year. It would be awesome to have an army of evangelists ministering on the beach. We will always continue reaching out in Pensacola, FL. More assignments keep being added! Praise Jesus! More to come! We are all together in the harvest! Souls!

 Happy New Year 2024!

Happy New Year to everyone from the Waters family! 2023 was an incredible year. The Lord has done so many amazing things. We’ve had many precious people give their hearts to Jesus, receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and healing. The Lord also saved us from being in a terrible car accident and brought healing to my body! Twice I could have entered into eternity. The Lord is going to do something special in 2024. We believe this will be the greatest year yet! The year of the open door!  

 Toys for Mexico Report:

Multiplication of Toys, Food, and Necessities!

The Lord blessed us with almost 1000 toys, plus rice, beans, and necessities for this trip. Normally, other groups also help bring Christmas toys and supplies, but this year, it was just us,
and more food boxes were needed. Praise Jesus, the Lord found a way and Pastor Ray received a super-natural last-minute donation from a local warehouse! The food supplies are shown in the first picture on the right. God loves the people in the Colonia in Mexico!

 

Pastor Ray Senior’s Son Alfonso Receives Holy Spirit

This was a special moment! The team arrived at the orphanage in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and we had a special time of prayer with the pastors. Jeff Thomas asked Pastor Ray Senior’s son if he was baptized in the Holy Spirit, and he was not. The team was able to lead him to receive. The Lord’s presence in the room was electric and the leaders of the orphanage were encouraged in the Lord!

 Salt and Light Christmas Outreach in the Colonia

Our team had the opportunity to share at the outreach in the Colonia. The Lord put it on my heart to share a story about a boat that a little boy made out of the ground and he tried to sail it. A strong wind blew his boat, and it was lost. Someone found his boat, laid claim to it, and was selling it. The boy had to earn the money to buy his boat back by doing chores. The moral of the story is the boy’s boat became twice his. First he made the boat and then he bought the boat back just like our heavenly Father did for us. After the story, Richard Davis shared, Jeff Thomas shared, and Debra gave an altar call which provided an opportunity for folks to give their hearts to Jesus. Several children and parents dedicated their hearts to the Lord that day. Praise God!

 

Praying for the Children!

I would say this was one of my favorite moments of the outreach. The leaders called the children up to be prayed for. The team then went out to pray for them. It was like time stood still as the Lord was pouring out blessings on these precious children. God did something special in all their little hearts. It truly was a “Let the children come unto Me” moment. Jesus loves the children!

It was such an honor to give out these toys to the wonderful children! I was overwhelmed with tears and the love of the Father for them. taking many pictures of them! There was so much joy on their faces! Thank you to all who prayed, partnered, and served to help make this happen!  It was special! Praise to Jesus! Every child is special!

 

Meeting with the Lost, The Least, and the Last in Laredo, TX

We had a powerful time at the park in Laredo Texas with the lost, the least, and the last! Jesus loves
them! We had folks give their hearts to Jesus, and receive the Holy Spirit, healings, and deliverance! What a precious time! Praise to King Jesus!

 

 

Prayer time with Pastor Ray Rendon, Jr, Lisa and Their Boys

We had a powerful time with Pastor Ray and his precious family! My wife purchased some watches for Christmas outreach gifts for teen boys. I knew immediately that the watches were for the Rendon boys, but there were five watches in the bag. When I got to Laredo, the Lord told me to give the watches to the whole family. We felt it was a prophetic sign that the wait is over for them and what they have believing for will come to pass in 2024! Believe with us for the Lord’s blessing over the Rendon Family and Salt and Light Ministry. The Lord loves them and their obedience to His call!

 

Future 2024 Ministry so Far

The Lord spoke to me on Christmas Eve to focus more on training/mentoring evangelists and the Body of Christ in evangelism and outreach. We will be working on personal mentorship, online training, and workshops at locations in the U.S. and around the world! We will also continue to go after the lost in Pensacola, and in other cities in the U.S. and other countries. I travel to the Power and Love Conference in Orlando this January. Richard Davis and I will hold an evangelism training/outreach in McCalla, Alabama in Feb. We still plan to head back to Spain. The Lord did such an amazing work there and we keep hearing all the testimonies of what the Lord has been doing since June. More to Come!

 Pensacola Evangelism Workshop

We had such an incredible time at our evangelism Workshop at Pensacola House of Prayer! Our topic was sharing our testimony in 3 to 5 minutes. We had a great group that came for the training and the outreach later. The Lord showed up powerfully and everyone was blessed with prophetic words and prayer. We then went over to the storehouse to make up bags of food and to load the trucks up with clothes for the homeless! What a great team!

Homeless Outreach after our Evangelism Workshop

The team ended up going to
one of our local homeless tent camps to pass out food bags, clothes, and water. It was a precious time in the Lord! Many needs were met, but most of all we were able to pray and bless many of them. The Lord had me spontaneously share a 3-to-5-minute testimony and give the group an opportunity to give their hearts to the Lord. Some of them prayed to receive Him! Praise God! Bibles were given out to many of them! Jesus loves them all!

Brett, Alexis, and Scout Ramsey

The Lord put on our hearts to start honoring in some of our precious sons and daughters in the faith that
we have had an opportunity to spend time with. The Ramsey’s have served with us for a couple years now with Freedom in Action, Laredo Texas, Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, and most recently Brett came with me on a trip to Amsterdam and Spain. They have such a servant’s heart, and they are some of the most humbling and loving people I know. The Lord is doing amazing things through these guys and continues to do so. We love them!  It’s been such an honor going after the harvest them. The sky’s the limit. The Lord is going to do amazing things with this family!

Cross Carrying Outreach Downtown Pensacola

Awesome Time Tonight! We met up with the gospel truck team from the Reimagine events! We had all kinds of divine appointments! We had a couple young guys give their hearts to the Lord! We’re working on getting them plugged into the Church.  Awesome Night! 3 Churches represented!

We had a wild divine appointment. Mona and her daughter came up to us for advice and prayer! Mona owns the Herb Shop on Ninth Avenue! I have shopped there for years. We had a chance to pray with them and Mona wants me to come put a toy box in her store this year for our Toys for Mexico drive! 1000 toys for 1000 souls!

The Fall Season is going to be huge!

The fall season is upon us. We are very excited! So many outreaches are taking place. Brother Richard Davis and I will be heading up to Kentucky in early November to be with our South Side Christian Center Family. Then I’m hoping to head up to Indiana to visit with Pastor Johnnie Herald for a little bit. Then I come back just in time for our Thanksgiving Outreach and then our 1000 Toys for 1000 Souls Toy Drive for Laredo, TX, and Nuevo Laredo Mexico. Woo Hoo! Praise Jesus! My favorite time of the Year!

Thank You So Much!

Thank you so much for your prayers and financial partnership! I just got a good blood work report. My creatinine level for my kidneys has gone from 6.1 to 3.79! I just saw my kidney doctor and he was impressed, but still wants to do more tests. We are believing for an even better report in the coming weeks. I am healed in Jesus' Name! We totally feel your prayers! We love all of you!

Go and Declare September 2023 Newsletter

 Cross Carrying Outreach Pensacola, Florida

Brother Richard Davis came down from Birmingham and joined with the Freedom in Action Team on our outreach to downtown Pensacola. We carried the big cross. It was great for all of us to come together once again. In the picture to the right, we had a young man walk by. We asked him if he needed prayer. He grabbed the cross while we prayed for him, and he gave his life to the Lord. Many of us had words of encouragement
for this young man! The Lord touched his life that evening! All praise to King Jesus!

Tallahassee Homeless Camp Outreach

We had a great time at the homeless camp here in Tallahassee! We gave out goodies and water! It was a blessing to be able to pray and minister to people there! Thad, the man on the bike in the picture on the top left, gave his heart to the Lord! Praise Jesus! We then went across the street and met with a local ministry that was giving out bag lunches! They were very happy when we blessed them with the rest of our water and goodies to pass out to the people in need who were gathered in the gas station parking lot!

Blessed with Bibles for the Storehouse

I received this picture of two pallets of Bibles showing up at the storehouse! Praise Jesus, we have 800
Bibles to sow into people’s lives! A big thank you to Steve and Tammy Jones for sowing these Bibles into Pensacola and wherever the Lord leads us to give them out.

Pensacola Panera Bread Outreach

It was an honor to sow three cases of Bibles into the Panera Outreach in Pensacola. Many of those Bibles were distributed to the poor on the last Tuesday in August. We had an awesome time of ministry with Warren Galvin and the outreach team that day! Here is Warren’s update:  “The evangelism team met Tuesday at Oakwood Terrace Apartments and gave out 50 Subway lunches and 45 goodie bags of Panera Bread, 2 cases of cold water, canned goods and 20 Bibles. Twenty-six people surrendered to Jesus and received the BHS and there was one deliverance. The presence of the Holy Spirit was very strong. It was a very exciting day! On the team were: Jeanne, Melanie, Kay, Darla, Rudy, Sue, and me.”

 

Our John starting his Senior Year at FSU

John is happy to be starting his Senior year at FSU. He now has an apartment with three roommates. We
moved him in on August 18^th and cried all the way home. We are so proud of John and are going to miss him. The Lord is really doing amazing work in his life. 

 

Future Ministry and Travel

We are excited about our evangelism workshop coming up on September 9^th here in Pensacola! We will be focusing on sharing our testimonies by the leading of the Holy Spirit in three to five minutes. After prayer, we will take food and supplies from the storehouse out to the homeless camps.

We are planning to hit the streets after a men’s meeting at Encounter Church in Pensacola on September 23^rd. I’m excited to see our family at Encounter Church in Pensacola.

Also, we will be helping the Panera Bread Outreach Team on Tuesday’s and continue to reach the lost.

We are planning trips to Lafayette, Louisiana, and possibly Texas. In November, travel is planned to Kentucky, and Indiana. Then it is off to Laredo, Texas, and Nuevo Laredo for Christmas. Praise Jesus!

Thank you everyone for your prayers and partnership! Tami and I are continuing to believe that the Lord will finish the healing He started in my body, and I will soon be totally healed. Your prayers have been effective! We continue to push forward going after the lost and you are a huge part of it. The last day harvest is upon us! It is time!

 It is a Miracle That I’m Alive and Witnessing in the Hospital!

It’s a long story of what happened. I thought I had a sinus infection for months, but it turned out to be high blood pressure instead. Believing that my immune system needed a boost to cure a sinus infection, I went to receive a couple vitamin drip IV infusions. Turns out, that was a very bad idea. The fluids from the IVs were too much for my body. They caused my blood pressure to skyrocket and put my kidneys in shock. Tami drove me to the ER in Gulf Breeze, and I ultimately ended up at Baptist Hospital! I was in the hospital for a week. My blood pressure has been stabilized and my kidneys are going in the right direction. We still need prayer for them to be completely restored in Jesus’ Name. Thank you everyone for praying. We are definitely seeing God move.

In the hospital, I had a chance to share the gospel with many folks. Tami brought me my testimony tracts and a few of my books to hand out. In the picture to the right, I was able to bless my nurse with one of the books. She wanted me to sign it.

Here’s a testimony from our friend Brett Ramsey. “I went to see Rudy Sunday. We sat in the lounge area catching up for a while. As we sat there a woman came walking up who had just had surgery. Rudy may have been in the hospital, but he was on assignment the whole time he was there. He asked if we could pray with her, he asked her if she had a relationship with Jesus, and he warned her that He was coming back soon and that "Now" is the time to get right with Him. He prayed with her, and she went on her way. I said, “You can take the evangelist out of the field, but you can't take the field out of the evangelist” ... sounded good at the time but I don't know if it even makes sense now lol. Needless to say, Rudy is a man of God, who is always looking at the world with an eternal perspective. Even when he was in a bad spot himself, he was more concerned with building the Kingdom and pointing others to Christ. He told her he was a walking miracle and shared his testimony. God is good and is going to make a way for Rudy's hospital bills to be covered.”

Outreach in Tuscaloosa!

We had our very own Jared St. Cyr and Nicole Segars from the Freedom in Action Team go out to help
Brother Richard Davis and Pastor Javine with outreach in Tuscaloosa. All kinds of clothes and items were distributed to the community. Brother Richard shared with me that the lady in the picture [Brenda] had a major encounter with the Lord. They prayed and led her to Jesus! Pastor Javine gave her a picture from his office. God told him to give her the picture in remembrance of the day she was saved. Praise the Lord!

Wild Divine Appointment in Tallahassee!

We had an interesting time in Tallahassee. Tami and I had to help move John out of his apartment and move him home for a few weeks. We sometimes minister at the Tallahassee homeless camp located next to a Family Dollar store. The Lord put it on my heart to bring a few tents to bless some of these precious homeless with. When we pulled into the parking lot, Christians from two churches were there ministering to the homeless by passing out food. We decided to have them distribute the tents
since they knew who needed shelter. It was a total divine appointment. The Lord connected us with these passionate servants of God, and we plan to go back and help them more. Pastor Kathy Wright (in the top photo in the white cap) was praying fervently over the homeless then handed me the microphone and I had a chance to share the gospel. The Holy Spirit moved upon souls, and two precious ladies came forward to receive the Lord Jesus Christ into their life. Praise Jesus!

More Outreach Planning!

Please continue to pray for me that my kidney function continues to go in the right direction. We have Brother Richard Davis coming in and we will take the cross out in downtown Pensacola. We have something stirring with our friend Brett Ramsey this year for the Fairgrounds in August. It's still in our hearts to continue our Zoom evangelism workshop calls. We will be letting folks know soon about these. Also, after some rest, we will be heading out to cities around the US as the Lord leads and to end the year with our Laredo, Nuevo Laredo, Mexico toys outreach.
