Nuevo Laredo, Mexico

Wow! Guys so many things happened on this Mexico Trip that I will only be able to put testimonies in here from our recent trip! February was an amazing month and I will be putting testimonies up from what happened in Tuscaloosa and Pensacola in future Newsletters! Jesus is on the move! Here’s some of the incredible things the Lord did down at the border!

Mayor of Laredo, Texas

As soon as I got off the plane, I saw all these men in suits shaking people’s hands as they came in and out of the airport. I asked one of them if they were the Governor. He said no but he pointed out the Mayor to me and I had a chance to meet him and pray for him. What an honor! I really had no idea what was going on, but I arrived at a very significant time. They were having a big gathering at the border and guess who the speaker was Nancy Pelosi.

Homeless Man touched by the Lord

This precious man was outside of the Dollar Tree in Laredo, TX. We were shopping for toys to take back to Mexico and immediately my heart went out to him! I knew the Lord wanted to touch this man! We prayed for him to be healed of lung issues and immediately the Holy Spirit started giving me words of knowledge for him! Jesus had me speak to his money bucket for it to fill up with money! This man had just encountered the living breathing Jesus! We we’re about to drive away and the man ran frantically to the car! He told us a lady just walked by and threw in $20 dollars! I have never seen anyone so happy! All Praise goes to King Jesus! He loves the poor!

Casa Hogar Douglas Orphanage, Nuevo Laredo, MX

It was such an honor to be able to be part of this special time to bless the children at Casa Hogar Douglas Orphanage in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico with gifts and to present Pastor Ray Senior with a check from the donations that were given specifically for the Orphanage! These children are so precious! Jesus loves them!

Salt and Light Royal Rangers Nuevo Laredo, MX

It was such an honor to bless the Royal Ranger children with gifts. Pastor Ray had picked out these huge drink bottles and with the money left over we threw them a huge Pizza Party. It was so much fun! I was amazed at all the growth in the children since the last time I saw them.  They are all growing in the Lord! Praise Jesus for these children! He loves them so much!

Immigration Camp Nuevo Laredo, MX

Wow! We had an amazing time ministering to the precious folks at the immigration camp! It was the biggest crowd that I have ever seen there. Many folks from the Central American Countries were there and we had a chance to feed them Pizza, drinks and share the gospel. Here’s the report from Pastor Ray-113 People in Attendance, 99 people were fed, more than 55 people came to the Lord and more than 4 got healed. A bunch of children experienced God’s love through his son Rayito’s ministry. Thank You so much for empowering us to move forward in the Kingdom! Powerful Night!

Impartation Service

I had the amazing opportunity to share and pray for the precious members of Salt and Light Church in the Colonia. It was a special time with them. I shared on Acts 16 when Paul was led by the Holy Spirit to reach the lost. We prayed and commissioned them to go reach their community for Christ! Jesus showed up in a powerful way and touched all of them! All Praise to King Jesus!



Future Trips

March- Working on a possible March trip to see my friend Levi Lutz in Orlando to Pray with him and work on having a Steve Hill School of Evangelism here in Pensacola.

April 16-20^th- Praise Jesus! I have a trip scheduled in April to be in Carriere, Miss. with House of Refuge Church, Resurrection Life Church in Vidor, TX and in Rusk, TX to be with the Harvest House Family.  

May 9^th-18^th_ Costa Rica-Praise God! We’re planning on being back in Costa Rica! The Lord has been opening so many doors there with preaching and evangelism, helping with a new church plant, having a service in the mountains and teaching folks how to receive and minister the Holy Ghost. That’s just a brief summary. Believe with me for the plane fare, lodging, traveling expenses and food costs to come in.  What an opportunity to see the faithfulness of Jesus!

Vision and Prayer at PHOP

The Freedom in Action Team had a powerful Vision and Prayer Time. I believe the Lord is going to amazing things this year with the team. We listened to a tape of some folks who were in past Revivals sharing their hearts. The Holy Spirit showed up in a powerful way and we had an Amazing Time of Prayer. I really believe the Lord wants us to spend more time in prayer before we hit the streets. I believe He’s sharpening our axes!

Treasure Hunt Testimonies

Our team had some amazing clues from the Holy Ghost.  Coral, Nicole and I all had the clue orange and we decided to put the three of us on a team. We stopped at a booth in the middle of the Mall and saw orange on a mannequin. I was like we need to pray for the teller. She came up to us and I immediately heard the Holy Spirit tell me to ask her if she had back pain. The ladies prayed for her and the Lord touched her! She said she was pain free. She was our divine appointment for sure. The lady would keep us there for a long time pouring her heart out to us. She is very precious!

I love this testimony. Coral had yellow as one of her clues and she was drawn with Patricia to pray for this couple. Coral asked them if they needed prayer and the man pointed to his girllf friend that she needed prayer for sure. Coral shared her clues with them and that she had the clue yellow. They looked up and Coral pointed up to the yellow arrow above pointing down at them. Th
e couple was their divine appointment. The girls prayed for them and they were encouraged! I love it when the Lord sets us up with divine appointments. All Praise goes to King Jesus!

February an Exciting Month

Tuscaloosa, AL

Wow! February looks to be a very busy month. I will be traveling up to Tuscaloosa to help with a Tent Outreach on Friday Night Feb. 7^th. On Feb. 8^th the team will be helping a new Church Plant in McCalla, AL. with a door to door outreach and at night we will be traveling back to Tuscaloosa to be part of a Valentine Service. I love Tuscaloosa, Alabama!  

Cross Carrying Outreach

On Feb. 15^th the Freedom in Action team will be having another Cross Carrying Outreach. We will have Prayer at PHOP at 10am and then the team will hit the streets with the cross. I believe its going to be amazing!


Nuevo Laredo, Mexico

I’m so excited that from Feb. 20^th-24^th, I will be in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. The Lord totally redirected me on this one. I was heading to the Chiapas region, but I had clear direction from the Lord to go to Nuevo Laredo instead to bless the children with gifts. I have a little extra money left over from our Toys for Pensacola and Tuscaloosa Outreaches. I immediately shifted everything. I have a plane ticket already purchased and I’m on my way on the 20^th. One of the things that Pastor Ray would like to do is take the very poor children in Royal Rangers to a Pizza Place and have a party for them. These children are so poor that they have never been inside a Pizza Restaurant before and we plan on taking them. I’m so excited! I also have an opportunity to conduct a commissioning service to preach, anoint and pray for the Salt and Light Church to go out and reach the lost in the Colonia. I am so honored to be able to do this. Please keep me in your prayers and that the Lord will continue to bring in the finances for this trip, lodging cost, food, more gift money, and offerings to bless the Pastors there. I know the Lord will provide!

Reimagine Winter

The Freedom in Action Team will be serving this outreach event on Feb. 29^th. We love helping with prayer and evangelism. I really believe this is going to be an amazing event for the Bellview/Myrtle Grove area in Pensacola. The Lord blesses so many people thru these Reimagine events. The team is excited!

Thank You

Thank You guys so much for your prayers and financial support. So many things to share with you in the coming months. The Lord has given me clear direction of training and discipling our team. Also, I believe he will give us more scout trips to help open more areas for us to bring more folks on the mission field with us. You guys are a major part of this! An Effectual Door

Praying I received a vision of a door. I can’t shake it. I saw the door. The kind of door that probably would have been around the time of Moses. It had blood covering the door. The Israelites in Moses time were protected from the Dark Angel that passed by. Judgment had been passed on the firstborn son. Every first born son would die unless there was blood on the doorposts. The Holy Spirit spoke to my heart that there is still judgment. Because of sin there is judgment, but Jesus paid for it with his very own blood. John 3:18 says “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” Jesus is the lamb that was slain before the foundation of the earth, but unless we receive what he paid for we are already judged and will be separated for eternity. There is an effectual door opened to us but there are many adversaries. The devil wants us to not receive what Jesus paid for and throws out many obstacles. We must walk thru that door of safety. The blood of Jesus covers a multitude of sin. We must go all the way in. If one Israelite first born son even had a small part of them outside the door of safety, they would have been killed. The Lord wants all our hearts not just part of it. We must be born again! We surrender everything! We leave our selfish desires behind and give Jesus our life! Full surrender! Not my will but yours be done Jesus! Matt. 16:24-28 says Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.  For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?  For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works.  Assuredly, I say to you, there are some standing here who shall not taste death till they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom.”

If we choose this world then we only have what this world will offer, which is really emptiness. Your reward is only really what you can get in this life and the Lord lets us choose that if we want, but in the end that choice separates us from the Lord for eternity. I cannot fathom it. I know that there is hell, eternal flames, Lake of Fire and all those things, but to be separated from God for eternity. Never to have another chance. The chances are over! The decision to give your life to Jesus is now! The blood has been poured out on the mercy seat. He has made away for you and me. He intercedes at the right of the Father that no one would perish, but he has given the decision for us to make! I hope you make the decision today! Just get on your knees and cry out to Him. He will hear you. Turn from sin and give your life to King Jesus. All of you! Make Him Lord and Savior! Every part of you must be behind the door covered in the blood!  He’s waiting for you with open arms! Don’t wait another moment! It could be your last chance! Take it now!

Happy New Year-2020

Happy New Year everyone! 2019 was absolutely a phenomenal year. The Lord did so many things. Our Christmas Outreaches to Pensacola and Tuscaloosa were amazing! We’ll be sharing some pictures and testimonies in the newsletter. I believe 2020 will be even better. The Lord will take us all from glory to glory! We are praying that 2020 will be your greatest year, yet!

Toys for Pensacola/Oakwood Terrace

Our Freedom in Action Toys for Pensacola Outreach was an amazing success! The Lord did so many things that day. We had an army of folks that came out to love on the Oakwood Terrace Community. Fraga Darosa lead a team with all kinds of soccer fun. Susan Flynn and Vanessa Harness lead a team where children took a picture and colored it for their refrigerator at home. Laura Cruickshank lead the cake walk area, which was so much fun. The Youth Reach Team cooked 400 hot dogs and the community was well fed. The Worship was phenomenal lead by Danielle Imperial. We had Pastor Javine and Richard Davis come down from Tuscaloosa to share the gospel. Several folks came forward to receive the Lord and for prayer. The presence of the Lord was so strong that day! So much love for these precious people. Toys were given out at the end and every child received a toy. It was such a precious moment to see their happy faces! As you can see from the picture to the left, the make up kits were a hit! The Outreach was so well organized, and I want to give a huge thanks to our amazing Administrator at Freedom Church Brandon Metz. What a gift to the body of Christ! Thank you Everyone who prayed, gave toys and served this event. Many lives were blessed! All Praise goes to King Jesus!

Toys for Tuscaloosa/West End of Tuscaloosa

We had such an amazing time helping Pastor Javine, Richard Davis and the team the following Saturday with their Toys for Tuscaloosa Outreach. So many folks were blessed with toys and clothes. The gospel was preached, and several folks received the Lord Jesus Christ! Here’s my favorite testimony from the event.  This precious lady in the picture to the left came to the outreach. Richard came and told me that she was homeless for 5 years, but now has a home and a job. She had no money to get her children presents for Christmas! She saw our Free Toy sign’s and stopped! Praise Jesus for answered prayer! She was able to receive toys for her children and most of all the Lord ministered to her! The Lord loves her so much!  

Future Ministry in 2020!

We’re so excited to get started! Freedom in Action will continue to move forward in Pensacola with more various outreaches, equipping and training. Working on trips to Mexico, Costa Rica and others. Also, so far, we’ll going back to Tuscaloosa, AL, Carriere, Miss. And Cities in Texas. And more as the Lord leads!

Thank You Everyone again for your prayers and financial support! So much fruit and we all share in the rewards. I keep thinking about that one lady that was totally blessed by receiving toys for her children for Christmas. She had so much joy on her face guys. She had no hope and no money to buy toys for her kids. She drove by and seeing one of us holding a sign up for free toys. The Lord answered her prayer that day and you guys helped send me there! Jesus is changing lives and we’re all advancing the Kingdom of Heaven together! We love You!

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas Everyone from the Waters Family! We are praying for you guys to have a very special time with family and friends this Christmas! May the Lord richly bless you!

Toys for Pensacola and Tuscaloosa

Through much prayer the Lord directed us to focus on local outreaches this year and Toys for Pensacola and Tuscaloosa was birthed. Freedom in Action Team will be collecting toys up till the Outreach in Pensacola on Dec. 14^th. We will have worship, the gospel preached, and toys given away at the end of the event. We will then send Pastor Javine and Bro. Richard Davis some of the excess toys back to Tuscaloosa for an outreach the following week. We’re are also believing that we may have so much excess toys that we can take a trip to Mexico in January to distribute the excess. This is so exciting!

Costa Rica, Central America

Praise Jesus! Brother Richard and I had an amazing trip to Costa Rica. The trip had some snags. We had some changes in our itinerary, but the Lord touched many lives that week. Here’s some of the highlights.

We had an awesome time hitting the streets evangelizing with Pastor Rogelio’s Congregation in San Jose, Costa Rica. The first Saturday morning. We had many people touched that day. The highlight was this young man to the right. Frank stopped him and asked him if we could pray for him. He immediately said yes. He had a Catholic background and I talked to him about being born again. The young man received the Lord and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Praise the Lord for touching this young man!

Puntarenas, Costa Rica

Frank took Richard and I to the fishing Village in Puntarenas to share with these amazing people. Richard preached the gospel and several folks gave their lives to the Lord. We then had the opportunity to pray for them to receive the Holy Spirit. Several of them received! Praise the Lord!


This is an amazing testimony! In the meeting with the fisherman we met the owner of a fishing company. It was a divine appointment for sure. He invited us to come pray for his business. We went to pray, and we met his son. It turned out that his son was only born again for eight months but had planted a church right there in front of the business. People would come up and down the bridge to come to church. The folks call the other side of the bridge North Korea because it’s so spiritually dark there. The Lord has opened a door to come back and be part of a Crusade there at this Church and take fishing boats to one of the islands to preach as well. Praise Jesus what an opportunity!

Pastors Healed

The Lord gave me an amazing opportunity to teach at Pastor Evangelista’s Church on the Baptism of the Holy Ghost! It was amazing to see how hungry the people were when they were taught. The light bulb went off and several of them received the power of the Holy Ghost. The Pastors were very sick, and we had an opportunity to pray for them. We got news the next day that they were healed! Praise Jesus!

Our Precious Family in the Mountains

My highlight of the trip was visiting our family in the mountains. We took supplies to this family twice and prayed for them. It brought me to tears when we received a call after the first trip that the family hadn’t eaten all day and the Lord came through just in time. We also got to bring every child a Christmas Gift and sing happy birthday to Jesus. It was such a precious time in the Lord. The Lord loves this family so much. We are praying about having a church service there when we return and inviting the whole village. It will be an awesome opportunity to share the gospel with the Village. May the Lord’s will be done!

So many things happened on this trip that I’ll have to share with you more in person. One thing I can tell is that I did get chased by a lizard and it was scary but funny. Thank You Guys so much for praying for me and sending me to share the gospel all over the World. The Lord is doing so many amazing things and more to come. He’s expanding our territory! More news to come! God Bless Everyone! The Waters Family loves you very much!

Encountering the Holy Ghost!

My first Encounter with the Holy Ghost

I was so intrigued with going to this singles class that I had to go that Sunday. I walked into the church and asked the first person I could see to direct me to the class. I thought maybe there was a good Christian girl there that I could meet that would be my future wife. I walked in and met this amazing couple. There was something different about them. They were people of prayer and they knew how to really tap into hearing from the Lord. Rhonda was a prophetic intercessor and she started teaching.  I was getting lightheaded in my seat. To be honest, I thought I was going to pass out. I really didn’t hear much that she had to say that day because I was drunk in the Holy Spirit and didn’t know it. At the end, folks would ask me if I was OK and I said yes not wanting to embarrass myself. I got up staggering to the sanctuary for the service and it was a lot like the week before. The Lord would move powerfully that day! I was hooked and I started listening to a different voice the Holy Ghost. The enemy lost that battle and I’m glad he did.

Receiving the power of the Holy Ghost

I remember responding to an altar call one Sunday Evening at the Church of God that I was attending. There were several men standing there and surrounded me to pray. I can’t remember everything they prayed over me, but I remember feeling all warm inside and so much peace of the Lord! The gentleman started praying for me to receive the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. One of the men started coaching me and had me just open my mouth to utter some easy words to say that was not in English. I took off! I started just using my tongue with saying just La La and then I remember the Presence of God getting stronger. I could no longer stand as one of them prophesied over me about being a prophet. I didn’t understand that at all and still don’t. Maybe that’s still in the future. I went home after the meeting that night and got alone in my room. I was very intrigued by what had just happened to me. Was this just a one-time experience or could this really be a gift. Of course, the devil was lying to me telling me that I received nothing. I closed my bedroom door and I remember saying OK Lord if this is your gift, I’m going to do it. I opened my mouth and started uttering the words that were easiest to say. The Holy Spirit’s presence came on me and it was as if there was a person that just entered the room. Well a person had entered the room for sure He was the person of the Holy Ghost. I got scared and stopped praying, but all I could feel was perfect peace, so I did it again and again. The Holy Spirit was teaching me how to pray as I practiced.  He was giving me more and more words to say. You see I learned later that a body builder never starts out with heavy weights. He starts out small and then works his way up to heavier weights. That’s what the Holy Spirit was doing to me. I started out with a very small language, but today the Lord has given me a full language of tongues and its glorious. Praise Jesus! He gave me the gift to pray His perfect will and later He would tell me that all the other gifts would come out of praying in the Holy Ghost!

Learning to Pray and the gift of Intercession

After receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit, I had this hunger in my heart to learn how to pray. The Lord had totally set me up. The Class that I was going to the teacher was a prophetic intercessor. I was intrigued by her prayer life and desired what she had. She would always get scriptures on her heart and she could always hear from God and would totally flow with what was on God’s heart. I made sure to be in every one of her classes and if she had functions outside of the Church I would be there. The Lord was using her to disciple me. The word of God was poured into me and I found myself hearing from God as I spent time with Him, and the Lord would share with me what was on his heart. The Lord was using this precious lady to disciple me and put the word of God into my life. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think about the price Rhonda paid to pour into us in that Grads Sunday School Class. I know she will receive a huge reward in heaven for this! God Bless You Rhonda! I love You!

Demon Possessed Girl

I will never forget what happened! I was still very young and just filled with the Holy Ghost. A bunch of people brought this young girl into our Sunday School Class after it was over. They surrounded her and began to pray. This girl’s eyes started twitching and rolling back into her head. She then started speaking in a man’s voice saying I’m not Angie. I was like this is crazy, but I wanted to stay in there to see what was about to happen. One lady yelled out if you’re not filled with the Holy Ghost get out of the room. I thought well I just got the Holy Ghost, so I’m OK and I stayed. They wrestled with this lady for a long time. I believe it was for around an hour. They spoke to that demon to come out of her. She was throwing people around as if she was a body builder. It took several men to keep her steady. Finally, she was free, and all the demons had left. I thought to myself this is the real deal! That night gave me so much confirmation that there was a God and a Devil. There was no going back now!

Nuevo, Laredo, Mexico
Richard and I had a powerful time in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico! We got to preach two Crusade Meetings over the weekend. The Lord changed the message during the worship. He wanted to heal folks, so He had me preach on giving up unforgiveness, bitterness, resentment and envy. Several folks came to the altar that night. The Lord touched so many people over the weekend with healing, deliverance and folks received the baptism of the Holy Ghost! All glory goes to Jesus!
Pensacola, Florida Cross Carrying Outreach
The Freedom in Action team carried the cross in downtown Pensacola. It was an amazing time! The Lord gave us some amazing divine appointments that day. Here’s a couple testimonies. We prayed before we left for folks to be drawn to the cross! This precious girl Juliana was totally drawn to the cross. We prayed for her. She was so hungry for the Lord and to evangelize her college. Bro. Bert Farias ministered to her on receiving the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and she received! She’s so precious! Praise Jesus!
The first day in New Mexico I received a text. This was the last person we talked to on the Cross Carrying Outreach. You never really know all the details of the impact were having on folks when we step out in faith. A little while back I was downtown drinking at the bars. Saw a few guys with a cross. I stopped and told them I admire what they are doing. It can’t be easy trying to talk with a bunch of drunk people. I have always believed in God just never completely surrendered to Him. Something struck me about the friendliness and genuineness about them. Anyway, long story short. The next day I said to myself, I have met two many people whose lives have been transformed by Christ and decided to pray. Amazing hope has come into my life. Thank You!
Truth or Consequences, New Mexico

I had no idea what I was walking into when I arrived at the Truth or Consequences Revival. As soon as I walked into the Church, Pastor Caleb Cooper was leading a gentleman to the Lord and he was getting into the baptismal pool. Pastor Caleb called me up to help and it turned out the man was saying he wanted to be delivered from 19 demons. We fought for a long time as the demons came out one by one. Levi and Pastor Caleb helped us at the end as we loved on him until he was free! Praise to King Jesus!
Mina
Love this testimony! I was praying on what the Lord would have me do for evangelism that week because I was the only one hitting the streets until Bro. Richard Davis would arrive. The Lord had me go to Wal-Mart and make up goody bags of bananas, apples, chips, etc. and knock on doors. I drove around and let the Lord lead me. I knocked on Mina’s door. At first, she thought I was a salesman and said no, but she realized I was giving her a gift. Mina said she was just saying to herself that she was lonely, and I knocked on her door. She ended up coming to our tent meeting on Friday. I had a chance to witness to her because Mina is Jewish and has not received Christ yet. She was amazed from Old Testament scriptures showing Jesus as the Messiah, especially Jesus dying on Passover. I believe it’s only a matter of time for her. Here’s the kicker when I got back home it turned out that on our first trip there one of our team members had witnessed to her downtown. The Lord really wants to reveal Himself to Mina! Please pray for her!
Powerful Tent Meeting
Richard and I had an awesome opportunity to share a proclamation at the Tent America Meeting in Truth or Consequences. We preached the simple gospel and had an awesome opportunity to pray for the city! I believe our greatest assignment was to encourage New Hope Revival Church. The Lord really touched the church body and gave them a fresh wind of the Holy Ghost for their new season! Jesus touched many lives that day. He is awesome!
Costa Rica Nov. 1^st-11^th
So excited for our next assignment in Costa Rica! Thank You Guys so much for your prayers and support for this trip. I know the Lord is going to do amazing things! This is still kind of a scout trip for us, but we believe the door is open to bring some teams there sometime next year. Frank’s heart is to travel every county with prayer and evangelism with this trip and the coming trips. Can’t Wait!
