Go and Declare's July 2025 Newsletter

Panera Outreach, Pensacola, FL

We have been so busy lately that it’s been a couple months since we have ministered at the Panera Outreach. Tami and I brought Bibles and Life and Times of Jesus books to bless the people with. The Lord is doing amazing things in these apartment complexes at the Panera Outreaches on Tuesdays. Precious people are coming to Jesus every week. The children are out of school, so the team was able to minister to them at the park as well. Praise God!

 Downtown Homeless Outreach, Atlanta Georgia

What a blessing it was for our family to serve with Broken Pieces Outreach Ministries at their homeless outreach in downtown Atlanta. The team ended up traveling to three different locations in downtown Atlanta. We brought Bibles, oatmeal creme pies, and snacks to pass out from Pensacola! Tami had a huge divine appointment with one precious lady. The Lord really touched her life. Our son John passed out oatmeal crème pies and Bibles. He was a real blessing.  Every year we like to go visit with our mentors, Joel and Pat Crumpton who have made such a positive impact in our lives. They truly are a gift to the Body of Christ! While ministering, we noticed an urgent need right now in the homeless community. The rainy season is upon us in the South, and there is a pressing need for tarps and tents for the homeless. We are believing God for the finances to purchase these items to bless the homeless community with. Our God is faithful to provide!

Our Special 27th Year Wedding Anniversary Trip

Tami and I were able to get away for a few days to celebrate our 27th Wedding Anniversary. We brought our son because we wanted to do something together as a family. John will leave again in August to finish out his last two semesters of school and start his Fellowship with the Florida Gubernatorial Fellows Program, so we may not see him a whole lot. We went up to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and had a great time. Here are a couple pictures at Clingman’s Dome, which is the highest point at Smoky Mountain National Park. We had to hike up a steep mountain pathway for a half a mile or so just to reach the tower. Tami and I almost quit a few times, but John encouraged us and we made it to the top. We were up in the clouds, and the view was incredible. It was a very special time!

Equipping the Saints to Minister the Baptism of the Holy Spirit  Class, Freedom Church, Pensacola, FL

In this class people learned how to help others to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and addressed
common misconceptions that can cause  people to miss out on receiving this gift. We had such an amazing time sharing stories and testimonies! This class was livestreamed on Facebook, and I will be posting it to our YouTube Channel soon. Much of the material can also be found in my book, Heart for the Lost.

Excited About July and August!

We are planning an outreach in Pensacola at the T&W Flea Market on July 12th. The flea market outreaches are always fruitful! Next, we travel to Tuscaloosa, Alabama to minister with Abraham Javine, Richard Davis, and the team at their neighborhood outreach on July 19th. I’m looking forward to seeing our Emmanuel Church Family in Friendship, Tennessee on August 7th and 8th.  Also, we are planning a cross and street preaching outreach on Aug. 9th in Nashville. We are starting to get contacted by folks who want to be part of the team in Nashville.

Thank You

We want to thank everyone so much for your prayers and partnerships that allow to us to continue reaching the lost, the least, and the last. What a time to be alive! With everything going on in the middle east and all kinds of concerning news happening, people are listening to the Gospel. You are sending us, and we are forever grateful! We love all of you so much and we pray for prosperity and wholeness for you and your families in Jesus Name!

Family Beach Fest, Pensacola Beach - Testimony Highlights

Family Beach Fest was amazing this year! In addition to praying for folks at the prayer tent, we distributed 39 Bibles and 37 copies of The Life and Times of Jesus book to people who were hungry for the Word of God. The Lord touched a young man named Parker powerfully at Family Beach Fest! He came to us broken and the Lord saved, healed, and delivered him, then baptized him in the Holy Spirit! When the team baptized him in the ocean Parker was so drunk in the Spirit that our son John had to help him back to the prayer tent! Praise Jesus!

Shalonda is a precious lady (pictured above on the top right) who was
drawn to our prayer tent! We could see she needed help right away and Tamara went up to her to ask if she needed prayer, and immediately this dear woman started manifesting! Deliverance followed as Tamara, Yvette, and some of the team prayed through for probably 30 minutes. The difference was night and day in Shalonda. Her countenance was radiant, and she was finally free! The team then took her and her friend to be baptized! All Praise to King Jesus!

The Lord sent Marianna and Anna to be part of our team! They were a huge blessing to a Hispanic family we met there. There was a gentleman who kept coming to our tent to get Bibles and we could see his wife watching us in the background. He finally brought her up for prayer. Marianna and Anna knew Spanish and helped minister to her. Jesus blessed this precious family! The Lord touched them in a powerful way! Yvette received many words of knowledge for them from the Holy Spirit! Praise Jesus!

More Pictures and Testimonies from the Costa Rica Mission

We had an amazing opportunity to go visit with a First Nation Costa Rican Church in the Mountains of Costa Rica. These people are so precious. The Lord had me share about unity, prayer, and revival. I shared with them stories of past revivals. You could see the hunger increase as the word of God was being preached. A precious lady stood up and said that we must pray for souls. Intercession hit the Church as we interceded for lost souls in their community and Costa Rica. The Lord led me to pray for everyone in the church. We got to bless the church with Life and Times of Jesus books. Here’s a picture of the children receiving the books. The presence of the Lord was amazing!

Future Ministry

We have been busy! We are working on a date this month for our Heart for the Lost Class/Ministering the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and planning outreaches in Pensacola. It’s very Interesting that I was also contacted by our Brother Dennis McReynolds about helping him with an evangelism class at Brownsville Assembly as well. Also, Tami and I will be celebrating our 27th year wedding anniversary, and we are planning a getaway, which will coincide with being part of a homeless outreach in downtown Atlanta with our friends and mentors, Joel and Pat Crumpton in the middle of June. Our son John will be part of this, as well. Also, we are excited because we just locked in some dates to go back to Tennessee to be a part of the Emmanuel Ministry Conference on August 7th and 8th. After the conference we will be taking the cross out and street preaching in Nashville on Saturday, August 9th. Blessings! More to come!

Thank You All So Much

We want to thank everyone so much for your prayers and partnerships! We see so much fruit everywhere the Lord leads us! Jesus is changing lives! You all are big part of everything the Lord has been doing, and we are so Thankful! We love all of you so much and we pray that everyone will be healthy and prosper in these last days. Still so much to do! God Bless you all so much!

Costa Rica Province Mission 2025 Testimonies

This was the first family we visited, and Bro. Richard would visit with them, as well. Mario was diagnosed with brain cancer, and they took 90 percent of it out! We prayed for the Lord to take the rest away! After praying this precious family anointed me with oil and prayed for healing for my leg! The presence of the Lord dropped on me! What a precious family. This family has a Catholic background, and we explained to them the plan of salvation, and the whole family prayed to receive Jesus! They are a precious family!

Special Meeting with Natalia

I would say one of the most important days on the mission field I have ever been on! We got to spend time and pray for Natalia! Natalia is running for the next President of Costa Rica! I broke down crying as I shared with her about our son John! Who is being raised in the political arena! She invited John to come back with us to visit her when she wins the Presidency to celebrate! The presence of God dropped on all of us as we prayed for her and her campaign leader. We are asking everyone to lift Natalia up in prayer. The election is in February 2026. Her and her family have been receiving many attacks to try to stop her from being elected! Natalia is a Christian Conservative who loves Jesus! She’s very special!

Special Pastors Conference in the City of Siquirris in the region of Limon

One of the most powerful meetings I have been in. These Pastors came together in unity to pray for the Lord to change their region. One Pastor came forward to share a dream she had. The Lord told her that two men would come to pray in all seven provinces for evangelism to sweep the nation of Costa Rica. Another Pastor said that she had always wanted to go to the Brownsville Revival and visit the Church in Pensacola! She said the Lord answered her prayers by sending Richard and I! It was one of the most amazing meetings of prayer we have ever been in! Holy Spirit took over the meeting and we got out of the way! The Pastors prayed for revival and evangelism to sweep through the nation of Costa Rica. They had the young people come forward to pray for all the Pastors.

Special Pastors Conference in the Cartago Province

This was an amazing meeting in the Cartago area. Many of these Pastors had heard about what had happened in the Limon Province a couple of days earlier and came expecting the Lord to move in a powerful way. The Lord would have me share testimonies of unity and prayer from past revivals. The Pastors came forward to seek the Lord at the altar crying out for the Lord to change Costa Rica. It was an amazing sight to see! The Lord led us to anoint every Pastor with oil. What a precious moment! Cartago and Limon are two of the provinces the Lord has highlighted for us to go back to in 2026 to work with the Pastors to go after the lost and have Holy Spirit-led Meetings. Jesus is moving in Costa Rica!

San Jose Women’s Recovery Center

I would say this was one of my favorites of the mission in Costa Rica. I can't share the picture on any social media due to the protection of the women, so the picture is only for our newsletter in paper or email.  We were able to visit with these precious women and share. All of them had a background of addiction to drugs, etc. and the Lord has been working in their lives to bring freedom. The Lord would lead me to share my story of how the Lord would deliver me many years ago from the same addictions. All I could do was cry when I would share with them. The Lord would lead me to pray for them all individually and many of them gave their hearts to the Lord that day. Please pray for them that the Lord would finish what He started in them. He loves them very much! We will put more stories from the Costa Rica Mission in next month’s newsletter, so much to share!

Excited to be back in Pensacola

I’m excited to be back in Pensacola. I saw a doctor a couple times in Costa Rica. Nine days before I left,
I fell off a ladder and scraped up my leg badly. X-rays were negative for a fracture Praise God, but it has been healing slowly and swells up when walking on it. The doctor gave me the proper meds and suggested I stay off my leg for another week or two. Praising God because it could have been a lot worse.  I declare my leg healed in Jesus's Name! We have our annual Family Beach Fest on May 24th, and we are planning to have a class on ministering and receiving the Baptism of the Holy Spirit in June. We are planning some ministry in cities in the US in the summer and the fall and we have our 27th year wedding anniversary June 13th.

Thank You All So Much

Thank You everyone so much for your prayers and partnerships. We are so amazed at the faithfulness of God! You all are a huge part of what He has been doing! We are so encouraged to keep going after the lost, the least, and the last! We are in tears as we watch the Lord provide for us every month. We Praise Him every step of the way! We love you all very much! God Bless You!

Go and Declare's April 2025 Newsletter

 New Orleans, Louisiana, Mardi Gras

Austin and Natasha Shrum invited me to come to New Orleans and help teach their outreach team
before going out evangelizing at Mardi Gras. The Lord led me to share on how to minister the baptism of the Holy Spirit. After the teaching, a major wave of intercession hit us all and we prayed for over an hour. The presence of God was amazing! I was with one of the teams going out on the streets. It was crowded and wild during Mardi Gras. The Lord directed us to make a sign called, “Free Psalm Reading.” Afterwards, this precious lady in the picture above approached our team and asked us to read her a Psalm and pray for her. After praying for the lady, she gave her heart to the Lord!
The two teams ended up leading 90 people to Jesus through the four days of evangelism. Here’s a testimony from Yvette-Meet Breannah (pictured in the middle). Kennedy led her to Jesus that night! After she gave her heart to Jesus I ask
ed her plainly if she knew the way she was living was wrong and if she wanted to repent and be set free! She said, “Yes and yes!” I began to pray and cast demons out of her, then prayed for her to be filled with Holy Spirit! The power of God fell so heavily. When I finished praying I said, “What did you experience?” She said, “My tongue was moving around so much in my mouth like vibrating.” I said, “Like speaking in tongues.” She said, “Yes, but I wasn’t sure if I should open my mouth!” She was saved, delivered and powerfully filled with the Holy Spirit! I love working with the Shrums and their team of on-fire believers in Jesus!

Reimagine Milton and Panera Outreaches in Pensacola

We continue to go after the lost, the least, and the last in Pensacola and Milton. There is always a huge n
eed for necessities in the Milton area. Many lives were blessed at the March Reimagine event as prayer, food, and supplies were given out. The Freedom Church prayer team served at the prayer tent. God healed a lady’s back in the prayer tent that morning! Praise God! The Lord continues to bless the people all over Pensacola through the Panera team. The team was blessed with produce and donuts to pass out from the storehouse at Freedom Church. Folks are giving  their hearts to the Lord and being baptized in the Holy Spirit every week.

Tuscaloosa, Alabama Outreach and Go and Declare Annual Board Meeting

We all knew the Lord was going to do something very special as we all started gathering on the grounds to prepare for the outreach. All of the outreaches we do in Tuscaloosa are unique. Richard was holding
up the cross on the corner and the man with the white hat drove up pulled over and felt himself compelled to come and grab the cross. We prayed for him as he held the cross. He was one of the ones that gave his heart to the Lord. We had several give their hearts to the Lord and these boys received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Every year we hold our annual board meeting in Tuscaloosa. Pastor Javine and Brother Richard Davis are on the Go and Declare board. Our ministry really started in Tuscaloosa on my birthday in 2014. We met in Tuscaloosa and went on a mission trip to Mexico. A month later, we brought toys to Mexico for Christmas. The Lord has done so many amazing things since 2014 and you all are a big part of everything. Your prayers and partnership keeps us going to reach the lost, the least, and the last. I am in tears thanking you all so much for your prayers and partnership. You are all special to us! We love all of you very much.

Resurrection Weekend and on April 24th Leaving for Costa Rica!

My favorite time to do outreach is on Resurrection Weekend. We plan to take the cross out on Friday before Resurrection Day with a flea market outreach following on Saturday. We leave for Costa Rica for our
Seven-Province Mission on April 24th. We are so excited! The Lord has been leading Frank, our guide, in mapping out our destinations. We still need financing for the trip. We know the Lord is going to provide, He always does. 2 Cor. 9:8 “And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.” What an opportunity to see the faithfulness of Jesus!

Holy Spirit Moves Powerfully in Our Last Heart for the Lost Class

Our last Heart for the Lost Class was a powerful time in the Lord! We had the Davis Family from
Birmingham with us to share! Everyone was truly blessed that morning. Our main goal was to teach on relationship with Jesus and Holy Spirit and being led to reach the lost! The Holy Spirit blessed everyone in the class as students received words of knowledge through Bro. Richard Davis. It was glorious!

Serving the Berryhill Nursing Home Outreach

Tami and I had the opportunity to serve at the Berryhill Nursing Home Outreach. It’s a huge blessing to be part of these outreaches. The team from Freedom Church led by Brett and Alexis Ramsey made Valentine’s cards and brought them to the precious people at the nursing home. There was a time of worship, a message given, and the team prayed for all the residents. We ran into our friend Candy. We prayed for her last year. Candy is a retired Methodist missionary. She had a stroke some time ago and she couldn’t stretch out her arm and move her hand. She has more mobility now and we prayed for the Lord to finish the healing! Praise God! I had a chance to pray for one of the nurses before we left and the Lord gave me words of knowledge for him.

Tallahassee Homeless Outreach

I couldn’t get any tickets for the CFAN evangelism reunion in Orlando, so I sought the Lord and He
sent me to Tallahassee to pass out Valentine’s goodies and blankets to the homeless! The Lord directed us to pass out copies of the Gospel of John with a cover that said, “You Are Not Forgotten”! There was a visible change in people’s countenance when we told them that they were not forgotten, and that God loved them. One lady broke down into tears as I handed her the tract and she gave me a hug! The Lord loves these people. May we not hide our eyes from the poor!

March is Going to be a Very Busy Month!

March 1st we will be serving at the Reimagine Milton Event and then after that I will immediately start my drive towards New Orleans. I will join with a group of precious folks going after the lost and broken at Mardi Gras. I have an opportunity to teach on evangelism then go out on the streets with this team. On March 15th, we will have a team going door-to-door in Pensacola to share the gospel. The following weekend I will be back in Tuscaloosa, AL to carry the cross and to hold our Go and Declare Board Meeting.  I’m excited to hit the road!

Costa Rica Seven Province Mission Trip

We decided to move our dates for our Costa Rica trip to April 24th through May 5th to give us a little more time to raise funds.  This time the plan is to visit all seven provinces in the country! The number one goal is to pray and preach at local churches in Limon, Cartago, San Jose, Heredia, Alajuela, and Guanacaste y Puntarenas. We will also be evangelizing into the community with these local churches reaching the lost, the least, and the last! It's on my heart, to bring a suitcase of Heart for the Lost books in Spanish to teach the body of Christ to pray for the sick, go after the lost, and how to pray for folks to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit!  I need to travel there before the rainy season. It is harder to hold  outreaches in the rain, and the roads are potentially dangerous because of mudslides. Also, this is an election year in Costa Rica. My Costa Rican contacts have asked me to meet and pray for the Christian politicians running for office, including Natalia who is running for President! Additionally, we would like to bring some food and necessities to the precious people in the mountains! This is so exciting; I have never had a whole country open for me to travel and preach in. We really sense this is the Lord’s will! I need to raise around $2,000 for airfare, lodging, supplies for the poor, traveling expenses while in Costa Rica, food expenses for the team there, and to purchase and transport the Heart for the Lost books. We joined Zeffy to give partners more options. Zeffy specializes in fundraising for Non-Profits so 100 percent of the funds will go to the charity. We decided to try them out! Check out the link below!

7 Province Mission in Costa Rica

 Dear Family,

We are excited to share this amazing opportunity. I head back to Costa Rica from April 24th through May 5th.  This time the plan is to visit all seven provinces in the country. It is harder to do outreaches in the rain, and the roads are potentially dangerous because of mudslides.

Also, Costa Rica will be in an election year, and they want me to meet and pray for Christian Politicians
running for office. One of them, Natalia a good friend of our contact Frank is running for President, and I have an opportunity to meet and pray for her.

Finally, we would like to bring some food and necessities to the precious people in the mountains! This is so exciting; I have never had a whole country open for me to travel and preach in. We really sense this is the Lord’s will!

Go and Declare's 2025 February Newletter

Heart for the Lost Classes, Freedom Church Pensacola

Our Heart for the Lost Classes have been awesome! You can access classes 1 and 2 on my Rudy Waters Facebook page. We plan to also live-stream Missionary Evangelist Richard Davis’ teaching at 8:30 am
CST on Sunday, February 2nd, 2025. These classes will also be posted to my YouTube channel after Richard teaches. We had a couple of very special guests come down from Tuscaloosa to teach prayer for the first class. Apostles Pastors Javine and Paciello are leaders in the prayer movement in Alabama, the U.S.A., and the nations. The class was very blessed!

I taught the second class. We discussed how important it is to have the Holy Spirit lead us in reaching the lost. I also taught some easy methods of sharing the gospel that I wrote about in my Heart for the Lost book and I passed out some helpful evangelism resources. They are easy to order and some are free. The Pocket Testament League offers 30 copies of the Gospel of John with a gospel tract inside for $30 or for free if you cannot afford to pay. Go to their website at www.ptl.org to order. PlusNothing.com charges nothing for sending you copies of their book, The Life and Teachings of Jesus of Nazareth, which has selections of the four Gospels combined into one continuous story. I also recommend God’s ABC’s Gospel Tract because it is so simple yet effective. The ABC’s are A. Admit our need, B. Believe on Jesus, and C. Call out to Him. I buy my copies on Amazon.

 Record 8.6” Snowfall in Pensacola

We had a record snowfall here in Pensacola! Faith didn’t really care for it. She mostly stayed in the
house. She’s a spoiled Florida dog! We enjoyed it for the day until our power went out and we froze in our house. We had a transformer that blew out in our neighborhood. Praise God, they finally fixed it and we had heat.

Regaining Strength and Excited to Start Reaching Out

The Lord had me continue to rest in January. My surgeon said it would be a six-week recovery period, and to not lift anything over 15 pounds. It’s been hard for me, but refreshing to sit, spend time with the Lord and rest as I prepare to launch out again. February will be a busy month. We will have some outreaches planned in Pensacola, and I will be heading to Central Florida to be at the Christ for All Nations (CFAN) Congress, March 1st and 2nd . Brother Richard Davis and I will be in New Orleans with a team reaching out at Mardis Gras. Also, I am scheduled to head back to Costa Rica from March 28th through April 7th for our seven provinces mission trip with Brother Frank Guiterrez. I need to travel there prior to the rainy season. It is harder to do outreaches in the rain, and the roads are potentially dangerous because of mudslides. I need to raise around $2,000 for airfare, lodging, supplies for the poor, and traveling expenses. I am planning on bringing a suitcase with me filled with Heart for the Lost books in Spanish, to help with evangelism training, so I will require additional funds for that as well. I am excited about this year!

Thank You

Thank You all so much for all your prayers and partnership! It’s been an interesting season for us, and we are excited for what the Lord is leading us to. You all are a big part of everything! We are excited to get going in February and beyond.  We praise God for all of you! We love all of you so much! We pray for everyone to prosper and be in good health as your soul prospers in Jesus’ name!

January 2025 Go and Declare Newsletter

 Happy New Year!

Wow! Time does fly by! 2024 was an incredible year! We are so excited about what 2025 will bring! We are so thankful for all of you! Every one of you are all very special to us! We believe the next four years are going to be hugely prosperous for our nation and we will have a window of time to reach the U.S. and the nations with the gospel! We are living in special times!

Toys for Tuscaloosa Christmas Outreach

John and I loaded up the toys that folks had donated at Freedom Church and brought them to Tuscaloosa for our annual Toys for Tuscaloosa Christmas Outreach. Clothes, toys, and necessities were given to low-income families in West End Tuscaloosa. We prayed with many families. Parents were so grateful for the toys and clothes for their families and children. Although this neighborhood is primarily African American, we also had Muslim and Indian families present. One of the most amazing testimonies was from a young lady who gave her life to the Lord. She was the daughter of one of the biggest drug dealers in the area. Jesus Saves! Praise God!

Hospital, Gallbladder Surgery, and a Miracle by the Lord

On the Saturday after the Toys for Tuscaloosa Outreach, I started having upper abdominal pain after eating and was throwing up. We got home on Sunday, and it continued. By early Monday morning the
pain was intense, so we drove to the Baptist Hospital Emergency Room, and I was admitted to the hospital. The doctors determined that I had pancreatitis and low liver function resulting from a gallbladder attack. My gallbladder had to be removed with surgery scheduled for that Friday. We were grateful to God that the surgery was successful, but my liver function had decreased so the surgeon was planning on another procedure for Monday! Thank you to everyone who stormed heaven with prayer for me! I received a miracle from the Lord! By Sunday my liver function had improved, and I was released from the hospital right after. I’m now in the recovery process. We just got results from a new blood test ordered by my primary doctor and my liver function and liver enzymes are normal. We want to thank everyone again for your prayers that helped me to get through this trying time. We give all the praise to King Jesus! Our healer!

 Future Ministry in 2025

·        We decided to push Mexico back into the Spring, possibly for Mexico’s Children’s Day celebration.
Praise God! The airline gave us credit for the Laredo flight I had to miss due to my hospitalization. I have until November 2025 to use it, which is plenty of time.

·       After some rest in early January, we will be starting a new Heart for the Lost Class for three consecutive Sunday Mornings. Our focus this year will be door to door evangelism in Pensacola.

·        I have an opportunity to go back to Costa Rica and travel to all seven provinces! I’m praying this
through on the timing.

·        I just got invited to come teach a group of folks reaching out in Mardis Gras this year early March.

·
Also, I will be going back to Spain eventually. More to come in Jesus Name!

Thank You

We want to thank everyone so much for your prayers and partnership all these years. The Lord has been so faithful! We believe the greatest times are ahead of us -  everything new and fresh! I was asked to pray for  a word for this year. I heard the Lord say be fruitful and multiply! Divine multiplication  in the years ahead! What a time to be alive! We were born for such a time as this! The harvest is truly ripe! We love you all so very much!
