 Pensacola Evangelism Workshop

We had such an incredible time at our evangelism Workshop at Pensacola House of Prayer! Our topic was sharing our testimony in 3 to 5 minutes. We had a great group that came for the training and the outreach later. The Lord showed up powerfully and everyone was blessed with prophetic words and prayer. We then went over to the storehouse to make up bags of food and to load the trucks up with clothes for the homeless! What a great team!

Homeless Outreach after our Evangelism Workshop

The team ended up going to
one of our local homeless tent camps to pass out food bags, clothes, and water. It was a precious time in the Lord! Many needs were met, but most of all we were able to pray and bless many of them. The Lord had me spontaneously share a 3-to-5-minute testimony and give the group an opportunity to give their hearts to the Lord. Some of them prayed to receive Him! Praise God! Bibles were given out to many of them! Jesus loves them all!

Brett, Alexis, and Scout Ramsey

The Lord put on our hearts to start honoring in some of our precious sons and daughters in the faith that
we have had an opportunity to spend time with. The Ramsey’s have served with us for a couple years now with Freedom in Action, Laredo Texas, Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, and most recently Brett came with me on a trip to Amsterdam and Spain. They have such a servant’s heart, and they are some of the most humbling and loving people I know. The Lord is doing amazing things through these guys and continues to do so. We love them!  It’s been such an honor going after the harvest them. The sky’s the limit. The Lord is going to do amazing things with this family!

Cross Carrying Outreach Downtown Pensacola

Awesome Time Tonight! We met up with the gospel truck team from the Reimagine events! We had all kinds of divine appointments! We had a couple young guys give their hearts to the Lord! We’re working on getting them plugged into the Church.  Awesome Night! 3 Churches represented!

We had a wild divine appointment. Mona and her daughter came up to us for advice and prayer! Mona owns the Herb Shop on Ninth Avenue! I have shopped there for years. We had a chance to pray with them and Mona wants me to come put a toy box in her store this year for our Toys for Mexico drive! 1000 toys for 1000 souls!

The Fall Season is going to be huge!

The fall season is upon us. We are very excited! So many outreaches are taking place. Brother Richard Davis and I will be heading up to Kentucky in early November to be with our South Side Christian Center Family. Then I’m hoping to head up to Indiana to visit with Pastor Johnnie Herald for a little bit. Then I come back just in time for our Thanksgiving Outreach and then our 1000 Toys for 1000 Souls Toy Drive for Laredo, TX, and Nuevo Laredo Mexico. Woo Hoo! Praise Jesus! My favorite time of the Year!

Thank You So Much!

Thank you so much for your prayers and financial partnership! I just got a good blood work report. My creatinine level for my kidneys has gone from 6.1 to 3.79! I just saw my kidney doctor and he was impressed, but still wants to do more tests. We are believing for an even better report in the coming weeks. I am healed in Jesus' Name! We totally feel your prayers! We love all of you!

Go and Declare September 2023 Newsletter

 Cross Carrying Outreach Pensacola, Florida

Brother Richard Davis came down from Birmingham and joined with the Freedom in Action Team on our outreach to downtown Pensacola. We carried the big cross. It was great for all of us to come together once again. In the picture to the right, we had a young man walk by. We asked him if he needed prayer. He grabbed the cross while we prayed for him, and he gave his life to the Lord. Many of us had words of encouragement
for this young man! The Lord touched his life that evening! All praise to King Jesus!

Tallahassee Homeless Camp Outreach

We had a great time at the homeless camp here in Tallahassee! We gave out goodies and water! It was a blessing to be able to pray and minister to people there! Thad, the man on the bike in the picture on the top left, gave his heart to the Lord! Praise Jesus! We then went across the street and met with a local ministry that was giving out bag lunches! They were very happy when we blessed them with the rest of our water and goodies to pass out to the people in need who were gathered in the gas station parking lot!

Blessed with Bibles for the Storehouse

I received this picture of two pallets of Bibles showing up at the storehouse! Praise Jesus, we have 800
Bibles to sow into people’s lives! A big thank you to Steve and Tammy Jones for sowing these Bibles into Pensacola and wherever the Lord leads us to give them out.

Pensacola Panera Bread Outreach

It was an honor to sow three cases of Bibles into the Panera Outreach in Pensacola. Many of those Bibles were distributed to the poor on the last Tuesday in August. We had an awesome time of ministry with Warren Galvin and the outreach team that day! Here is Warren’s update:  “The evangelism team met Tuesday at Oakwood Terrace Apartments and gave out 50 Subway lunches and 45 goodie bags of Panera Bread, 2 cases of cold water, canned goods and 20 Bibles. Twenty-six people surrendered to Jesus and received the BHS and there was one deliverance. The presence of the Holy Spirit was very strong. It was a very exciting day! On the team were: Jeanne, Melanie, Kay, Darla, Rudy, Sue, and me.”

Our John starting his Senior Year at FSU

John is happy to be starting his Senior year at FSU. He now has an apartment with three roommates. We
moved him in on August 18th and cried all the way home. We are so proud of John and are going to miss him. The Lord is really doing amazing work in his life.

Future Ministry and Travel

We are excited about our evangelism workshop coming up on September 9th here in Pensacola! We will be focusing on sharing our testimonies by the leading of the Holy Spirit in three to five minutes. After prayer, we will take food and supplies from the storehouse out to the homeless camps.

We are planning to hit the streets after a men’s meeting at Encounter Church in Pensacola on September 23rd. I’m excited to see our family at Encounter Church in Pensacola.

Also, we will be helping the Panera Bread Outreach Team on Tuesday’s and continue to reach the lost.

We are planning trips to Lafayette, Louisiana, and possibly Texas. In November, travel is planned to Kentucky, and Indiana. Then it is off to Laredo, Texas, and Nuevo Laredo for Christmas. Praise Jesus!

Thank You So Much!

Thank you everyone for your prayers and partnership! Tami and I are continuing to believe that the Lord will finish the healing He started in my body, and I will soon be totally healed. Your prayers have been effective! We continue to push forward going after the lost and you are a huge part of it. The last day harvest is upon us! It is time!

Go and Declare August Newsletter 2023

It is a Miracle That I’m Alive and Witnessing in the Hospital!

It’s a long story of what happened. I thought I had a sinus infection for months, but it turned out to be high blood pressure instead. Believing that my immune system needed a boost to cure a sinus infection, I went to receive a couple vitamin drip IV infusions. Turns out, that was a very bad idea. The fluids from the IVs were too much for my body. They caused my blood pressure to skyrocket and put my kidneys in shock. Tami drove me to the ER in Gulf Breeze, and I ultimately ended up at Baptist Hospital! I was in the hospital for a week. My blood pressure has been stabilized and my kidneys are going in the right direction. We still need prayer for them to be completely restored in Jesus’ Name. Thank you everyone for praying. We are definitely seeing God move.

In the hospital, I had a chance to share the gospel with many folks. Tami brought me my testimony tracts and a few of my books to hand out. In the picture to the right, I was able to bless my nurse with one of the books. She wanted me to sign it.

Here’s a testimony from our friend Brett Ramsey. “I went to see Rudy Sunday. We sat in the lounge area catching up for a while. As we sat there a woman came walking up who had just had surgery. Rudy may have been in the hospital, but he was on assignment the whole time he was there. He asked if we could pray with her, he asked her if she had a relationship with Jesus, and he warned her that He was coming back soon and that "Now" is the time to get right with Him. He prayed with her, and she went on her way. I said, “You can take the evangelist out of the field, but you can't take the field out of the evangelist” ... sounded good at the time but I don't know if it even makes sense now lol. Needless to say, Rudy is a man of God, who is always looking at the world with an eternal perspective. Even when he was in a bad spot himself, he was more concerned with building the Kingdom and pointing others to Christ. He told her he was a walking miracle and shared his testimony. God is good and is going to make a way for Rudy's hospital bills to be covered.”

Outreach in Tuscaloosa!

We had our very own Jared St. Cyr and Nicole Segars from the Freedom in Action Team go out to help
Brother Richard Davis and Pastor Javine with outreach in Tuscaloosa. All kinds of clothes and items were distributed to the community. Brother Richard shared with me that the lady in the picture [Brenda] had a major encounter with the Lord. They prayed and led her to Jesus! Pastor Javine gave her a picture from his office. God told him to give her the picture in remembrance of the day she was saved. Praise the Lord!

Wild Divine Appointment in Tallahassee!

We had an interesting time in Tallahassee. Tami and I had to help move John out of his apartment and move him home for a few weeks. We sometimes minister at the Tallahassee homeless camp located next to a Family Dollar store. The Lord put it on my heart to bring a few tents to bless some of these precious homeless with. When we pulled into the parking lot, Christians from two churches were there ministering to the homeless by passing out food. We decided to have them distribute the tents
since they knew who needed shelter. It was a total divine appointment. The Lord connected us with these passionate servants of God, and we plan to go back and help them more. Pastor Kathy Wright (in the top photo in the white cap) was praying fervently over the homeless then handed me the microphone and I had a chance to share the gospel. The Holy Spirit moved upon souls, and two precious ladies came forward to receive the Lord Jesus Christ into their life. Praise Jesus!

More Outreach Planning!

Please continue to pray for me that my kidney function continues to go in the right direction. We have Brother Richard Davis coming in and we will take the cross out in downtown Pensacola. We have something stirring with our friend Brett Ramsey this year for the Fairgrounds in August. It's still in our hearts to continue our Zoom evangelism workshop calls. We will be letting folks know soon about these. Also, after some rest, we will be heading out to cities around the US as the Lord leads and to end the year with our Laredo, Nuevo Laredo, Mexico toys outreach.

Thank You so Much!

We thank you guys again for praying for us and partnering with us. July was a very trying month. I’m
praising the Lord that I am alive to reach more souls for His Kingdom. Your prayers are powerful! We feel them!  We love everyone so much!

Go and Declare Newsletter June 2023

Savannah, Georgia

It was a powerful time in Savannah! The minister's conference meetings at Faith Harvest Church were incredible! The morning session was so amazing! The prayer and intercession were intense! The Lord really surprised me when church leadership called me up to the altar to pray for me. I’m wrecked in a good way! I went downtown afterward but couldn’t find a place to park. I asked the Lord what He wanted me to do. He said to go to the homeless mission. My GPS showed it was less than a mile away. I parked there and had a chance to minister to several guys while passing out flashlights and granola bars. I prayed for several men, shared the gospel, and gave out my testimony tracts.

The National Day of Prayer Pensacola, Florida

It was an honor to serve at our city's National Day of Prayer event. I was on my way back from the trip to Savannah and I received a message from our friend Ian at WHBR asking if I could bring the cross. I said, “Absolutely!” We went to various sites all over the city to pray and ultimately ended up at City Hall (in the picture to the right). We had a powerful time praying for our elected officials, and members of the judiciary, and for the Lord to send revival to Pensacola and our nation. Praise Jesus

Picayune, Mississippi House of Refuge

We had a powerful time with our House of Refuge family in Picayune, Mississippi. Richard Davis and I held an evangelism workshop and then we went out door to door sharing the gospel and letting folks know about the new House of Refuge church building. We had several divine appointments. In the evening, we took the cross out. We came across some football players from the local high school. We had an opportunity to share with them words of knowledge and encouragement. As soon as the team started praying for them, the Lord opened the heavens and there was a huge downpour of rain. The Lord really ministered to these young men!

Powerful Service at House of Refuge

On Sunday, we shared testimonies and what the Lord had in our hearts. The Lord really moved that morning. The altars were full of precious people giving their lives to the Lord! The Lord was healing hearts! We also had people come forward to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit. I will never forget the Lord ministering to the gentleman in the picture to the left. The Lord did a mighty work in his life that evening. We love our House of Refuge Family. They are one of the hungriest churches I know for the Lord! All praise to King Jesus!

Family Beach Fest Pensacola

It was a powerful Family Beach Fest this year! Here’s the update from Ben and Cheri Martin (who lead
this event annually). “It’s such an honor for us to serve every year! Our hearts are full, and we are so grateful for everyone who made Family Beach Fest the best year ever
! Sean Feucht, Rick Curry ,Tony Chavez, Freedom Church Pensacola , Pastor Joey Rogers , Adam Field , Bo Grossnickle, Randy Shepherd , Double A productions, along with all of the amazing volunteers, photographers and videographers! We are so grateful for each church, ministry, business, and individual who supported us financially and prayed for this event! We could not do this without you! A huge shoutout to all businesses and ministries who set up tents and served people throughout the day! 79 salvations and over 60 baptisms - that we know of - is a huge win for Team Jesus! We give all of the glory to God!”

 Almost in Eternity!

Tami and I had a close call on Mother’s Day! After having dinner with John, we prayed for him, and he drove off to Tallahassee. While we were driving back home, we stopped at the light at W Street and Cervantes. The light turned green, and we started going thru the light. Suddenly, we heard a sound like a Blue Angel jet engine blasting right in front of our car. It was a stolen Mustang involved in a high-speed police chase. They missed us by inches and lost control of their car about a hundred yards down Cervantes and smashed into a house. Here’s the picture to the left. We are grateful to be still alive! This is what I wrote after the accident: “Praising the Lord, we are alive. I had a chance to witness the folks there. I was overwhelmed by the mercy of God! I told folks how great the mercy of the Lord is! Even though these men committed crimes, the police, firemen, and ambulance workers risked their lives to rescue these men, and get them to the hospital, so they would live. This reminded me of our Jesus, who rescued us while we were still sinners! Jesus laid down His life so we could live!”

 Update on our son, John.

We loved having our son John at home for the Memorial Day Weekend! John drove all afternoon from
Tallahassee to Pensacola on Friday to help with the Family Beach Fest. He’s working as an intern for the summer at Senator Rick Scott’s Office and doing a couple summer classes. Here he is on the right in the picture of Rick Scott’s Tallahassee team. They are visiting the Sheriff at Bristol, Florida, a small city that was hit by a Hurricane a few years back. John’s a busy guy these days. We are very proud of him! The Lord is doing wonderful things in his life!

Update on Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and Murcia, Spain

Wow! Time is flying by! Brett and I head out on June 19th for Amsterdam and Murcia, Spain. We still need a huge breakthrough in finances for traveling, lodging, food, and blessings to the families that are hosting us. Chris sent me a message from Spain saying he’s planning something radical. This excites us! Souls!  We are believing for over $3000 dollars in total to come in before I leave June 19th! What an opportunity to see the faithfulness of Jesus! We know the Lord is going to provide! He can do exceedingly abundantly more than we can ask or think! Praise Jesus! Please keep us in your prayers on this. We also need finances above and beyond our monthly support to help care for my family's
household expenses here in Pensacola.

Thank You so Much!

We thank you guys again for praying for us and partnering with us. May was an incredible month and you guys are a huge part of it! Thank You for sending us out! The harvest is truly ripe! We were born at such a time as this! Greater things to come! Together in the Harvest!

 Evangelism Workshop Pensacola Florida

We had a great time at our evangelism workshop at Pensacola House of Prayer. Bro. Richard Davis, Nicole Segars, and I had a chance to share on reaching the lost in Pensacola before we planned to go out and knock on doors. However, The Holy Spirit had another plan. We ended up praying for everyone in the building and didn’t get out of there till around 2:00 pm. The Lord moved in prophecy
and healing. We had a young man baptized in the Holy Spirit and all of the pain in our friend Linda’s hip went away. It was an amazing time in the Holy Spirit. All the praise goes to King Jesus!

Downtown Pensacola Cross Carrying Outreach

After the amazing time we had at the workshop, we decided to shift our outreach to the evening and carried the cross downtown. Me, Bro. Richard Davis, Edmond Steele, and Jared St. Cyr ministered on the streets. We had several divine appointments that night. We had a homeless man give his heart to Jesus and receive the Holy Spirit and his prayer language (he is in the picture to the far right). Praise the Lord!

Pensacola Florida Spontaneous Homeless Outreach

Since we had an outbreak of the Holy Spirit at our evangelism workshop the prior week and were unable to go minister door-to-door in the local neighborhood, our team decided to take out the items to a nearby homeless camp the following Saturday. We prayed for folks and gave out clothes, blankets, toiletry items, non-perishable food, milk, and cheese. The milk and cheese were a hit. These precious people loved receiving these items. There is such a huge need there. There was one dear lady that tried on the only pair of sneakers in our clothing donation bags, and they fit her perfectly. We loved seeing the joy on her face. It was a special time of giving out needed food and supplies and praying for everyone there. All praise to Jesus!

Milton Florida Reimagine Event

It was an amazing Reimagine Milton Event on March 18th! Freedom Church’s anointed and hard-working team passed out food and loved on folks! Our prayer team was tremendous! They shared the love of God with everyone through prayer, sharing the gospel, and giving out small stuffed animals to the children. Jesus touched so many lives that Saturday! We had several folks give their hearts to Jesus and receive the Holy Spirit!

Our son John came home during Spring break

We had a great time visiting with our son John when he came home for a few days during his Spring Break. Our dog, Faith, was so happy to see him. She was jumping on him and crying. Here’s a picture
of Faith and him loving on each other. We had one special day playing mini golf and going to see the Jesus Revolution Movie together. We're
always so happy to see John and so sad to see him go back to school. John is a special young man.

Starting to get extremely busy!  Here’s our itinerary so far!

April 1st-2nd serving at the Gospel Invasion in Lafayette, LA. April 22nd Flea Market Outreach, Pensacola FL. April 28th-30th Cross Carrying and Ministers Conference in Savannah, GA. I’m also hoping to stop and see some friends in Ormond Beach and visit family in Ocala and Tallahassee. May 4th-6th Cross Carrying and Ministers Conference in Friendship, TN. May 27th Cross Carrying and Prayer Tent Outreach at the Family Beach Fest at Pensacola Beach. June 19th-29th me and Brett Ramsey will be in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and then travel to Malaga, Spain. In Amsterdam, we are attending a massive gathering of evangelists from around the world. Afterward, we are visiting our friend's new mission base in Malaga, Spain.

Praise Jesus! We Thank You So Much!

Praise Jesus! We purchased our airfare for the Amsterdam, Netherlands, and Malaga, Spain trip. We thank you guys so much for your prayers and for sowing towards this. We now go into phase two raising the funds for lodging, food, and traveling expenses while we are there, plus seeds for the ministries that are hosting us. What an opportunity to see the faithfulness of Jesus! We know the Lord is going to provide! We want to thank all of you for your prayers and partnership. We love you! Jesus is so wonderful!

 Go and Declare, Inc.

Pensacola Homeless Camp Outreach

Amazing homeless outreach! I would say it was one of the top ones we have ever done! All kinds of people were given blankets, hygiene items, clothes, and food bags! Testimonies were shared and the gospel was preached. We had several give their hearts to Jesus, and folks were filled with Holy Spirit. We had a few go through deliverance! The Lord moved amazingly today! What an awesome team! Jesus gets all the glory!

Pensacola Truth Conference Evangelism Testimonies

At the Truth Conference Evangelism training the Lord spoke to my heart and said go to the flea market and Linda came up to me and said, “Are you going to Heavenly Blessing?” I said, “That’s the first place we will go.” We went there and shared the gospel and the baptism of the Holy Spirit! Several gave their hearts to Jesus and received the power of the Holy Spirit! Our team went around and prayed for everyone there! It was a precious time in the Lord! Jesus loves them!

This was a wild divine appointment! Tami was just asking about Mark a day before we went out on the outreach! Mark was our mechanic for many years, but we haven’t seen him in about 10 years. Pastor Dennis and I were praying for a gentleman, and I heard my name, “Rudy Waters!” I turned around and there was Mark, his wife, and precious son. We prayed for healing for his back and for his family! Turns out he moved back to Pensacola! We have our auto mechanic back! Praise Jesus!

Asbury Revival Wilmore, Kentucky

I had such an incredible time in the presence of the Lord! As I was driving up to Wilmore, KY to the Asbury Revival I was a little down after hearing that the revival had been closed to the public. Folks were messaging me not to go, but I was compelled to continue on. I asked the Lord about an hour and a half before I arrived there if He still wanted me to go. He said, “Yes.” I said, “Yes, Sir.” As soon as I said that, the glory of God filled my truck. I went through a time of deep repentance and prayer for our nation. I had to pull over to compose myself so I could drive the rest of the way. The Lord ministered to me all the rest of the way there. It was an encounter that I cannot explain, but I am changed. I pulled into the university and saw all of these precious hungry people worshipping the Lord. I also ran into one of the student leaders. He prayed for me, my son John, Florida State University (FSU), and the Christian Navigator group to experience revival. FSU needs Revival. Praise Jesus! After that, the Lord gave me instructions to pray at Lee University and Samford University for the Lord to continue what He started. May revival continue to sweep through our nation in Jesus’ Name!

Prayer, Evangelism, and the Love Conference in Alabaster and Tuscaloosa, Alabama

This was such a precious time. Brother Richard asked me if I wanted to be part of a prayer meeting at his daughters’ school, Thompson High School in Alabaster, AL. When we pulled up, we saw all of these high school students worshipping and praying to the Lord for revival for their high school and for our nation. All I could do was weep! The Lord is really doing something special with our young people around the nation!

Bro Richard and I had a chance to carry the cross in West End Tuscaloosa. We led a precious boy to the Lord by Pastor Javine’s home and then we went to a four-way stop. It was funny watching the people stop at the stop sign. They would sit there for several minutes until someone would beep behind them. We had another gentleman stop and ask us if we were protesting. That gave me a chance to witness to him. I ended up giving him a Gospel of John. We had a great time! Jesus gets all of the glory!

This is one of my favorites. Richard and I saw this precious man coming out of Dunkin Donuts. I asked if he would like a flashlight. Richard decided to go in and bless him with a donut. I heard the Lord say to me sit down and spend some time with him. I could feel the love of the Father for him, so I spent some time in conversation. When Richard came out, we shared the real gospel with him. He let us pray for him and he prayed to give his life to the Lord! We prayed for him to receive the power of the Holy Ghost and Fire as well. Jesus loves him!

March Ministry and beyond!

I’m excited about our Evangelism Workshop this Saturday. After prayer, we are going door to door to share the gospel and let folks know about the storehouse at Freedom Church. Later in the month, we will be serving in the prayer tent at the Reimagine event in Milton, Florida. We are also planning some flea market outreaches since the weather is getting warmer.  I was visited by a ministry that is doing a Volleyball outreach on the beach to the youth and later in June they will be doing a big outreach at our Bay Center in Pensacola. At the beginning of April, we will be helping with a gospel invasion into Lafayette, LA and I have an opportunity to take part in a ministers’ conference in Savannah, GA. At the beginning of May, we will bring the cross and take part in a conference at our amazing church family, Emanuel Christian Fellowship. We are also praying and working on some ministry trips to, Amsterdam, Spain, Costa Rica, and Mexico! All Praise to King Jesus!

Thank You so Much!

We want to thank you so much for your prayers and financial partnership! The Lord is doing something special right now! Revival is breaking out everywhere. You are the ones that help us reach the people outside of the church building that need Jesus. One of the high school kids praying at Thompson High School told us that the youth of the nation are scared to go to church. He said we have to go get them. Richard and I got a huge revelation on that. Most of the lost are not going to come to the Church. We have to go get them! You guys are a big part of this. Your partnership helps send us out to reach them. You guys are so wonderful, and we love you all so much!
